    • Works great, as soon as you provide power to it
This is a great hand warmer / heating pad, though the product description is misleading. If the product does not include or have built-in some form of rechargeable battery, then "rechargeable" should not be in the product description. When I saw "power bank not included," I assumed it meant I would need to supply my own power source to plug the USB cable into to charge it. Turns out they meant it doesn't include a battery pack. Luckily I have a few on hand. There is a handy little pocket that can hold a rechargeable power supply, and you can connect it to the USB Type A cable in the pocket to provide power. It also works great if you have a USB Type A extension cable connected to a charger. The highest setting provides good heat without getting too warm. Plugging into a charger works great for home use as a heating pad, though it loses the portability. Using a rechargeable power supply makes it portable, and it works great that way as a hand warmer. One side is a very soft velvet lining, and when zipped closed, it makes a nice little "tunnel" to put your hands in and keep them warm. Great if you don't have gloves, or if the weather is too cold for the gloves you have. I haven't had a chance to test how long it takes to deplete a rechargeable power supply, though it will ultimately depend on the capacity of the power supply. ... show more
