I tried several hand warmers that were all too hot – I could not hold them long even on the lowest heat setting. These warmers are better - they give a much wider range of temperature choice (21 levels), are long lasting, and simple to use. Like other reviewers, I find it hard to believe these are 10,000 mAH capacity, but they do last a good while on a charge and being able to see the temperature and the remaining power level on the small LCD screen is great. I also like the rubberized coating as it is more comfortable to hold than the hard plastic on most rechargeable warmers. I wish I had tried these first!

I tried a few different brands and models. Ocoopa seemed to be the best rated and selling. I ordered a few of those and wasn’t impressed but this one is great. It heats up faster, the warmth is better distributed, the screen is useful, you can pick the temperature by 2F increments up to a max 131. Which is way too hot for me. 120 is about the highest I used for more than a short time. Anyways this was my favorite of the bunch. I had an old cheap one from Eddie Bauer that I wanted to upgrade and the Unigear was the only one that was worth the $30. All the coop and other brands were mediocre at best. Very happy with this one and I’ve had it a year. Used for 1.5 cold seasons so far and still works great

I really appreciate the long lasting heat (105°F for over 14.5 hr), which easily gets me through a winter golf day. The size is compact; the heat is two-sided; you know what temperature it's at and you can adjust+/- as you need it; the outside is a smooth, rubber type coating; and it comes with a strap and storage bag. The only downside is the blue us a seafoam green, which is nowhere near being blue. Small sacrifice for a great working product.

Will only work for about 20 minutes if you had the charger plugged in. Shows 100% charged. Shuts off and will not come back on unless I put it back on the charger.

Bought two of these for cold weather golf and they work great to keep you warm the whole round. I used them three times when I first got them then charged them up and haven't touched since March. Pulled them out today and one still has a full charge and recharges. One was dead and won't take a charge. My advice is to run them and charge them at least five or six times prior to reviewing and prior to your return window closing. Note: Updated review to 4 stars as the customer support will quickly make it right with you if you do have issues.

I received rechargeable hand warmers as a gift 3 years ago and have found so many uses for them. I mainly use them as body warmers, placing them in a vest pocket or a waist pack. My original rechargeable hand warmers have 3 heat adjustments, and a battery capacity of about 4 hours when used on high. The Unigear 10,000 mAh warmers have a variable heat that is much more useful than I expected, and a battery life that truly lasts 16 hours. The powerful battery means that this hand warmer is larger and heavier than the lower power versions, but it is not a problem for me. These are definitely my favorite rechargeable warmers.

This product works really well out of the box. It heats up fast and has good battery life; lasting about 5 hours set at 113 degrees. These were used weekly from late fall to early spring. Unfortunately, only 1 of the 3 I've purchased still works. The first died after a few months and the second one died after 1 year. I just wish I got more than 1 season out of them.
