No missing or damaged parts; Very sturdy once assembled; Instructions are fine if you pay attention to drawings etc. Numerous "tight spaces" where it's cumbersome (not impossible) to turn the Allen wrench (provided). This is what takes all the time. The remaining assembly is easy. Provided bolts, boards, main pieces seem to be good quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again or recommend it. I bought a similar yet easier to assemble bed frame 25 years ago. It cost 2 to 3 times as much, so for this low price, you're going to have to assemble it from dozens of pieces and about 30 bolts...but it just wasn't THAT hard.... No surprises on what I received. Looks exactly like the pics. I'm satisfied. ps: If you don't have a big table to work from or absolutely can't work while on your knees (back/leg problems, etc.) you'd be better off spending $700 to have something delivered that is mostly intact. ... show more

The first one arrived with a damaged headboard. Something pierced the box and cut in the fabric right in the middle. The second one arrived similarly with damage at the very bottom of the headboard. I decided to accept a bit of a discount/refund rather than having to return the second one too. This shipping damage is not necessarily the fault of the seller but they should protect the headboard fabric better when packing it at the factory. To pack it with the most visible part of the bed (headboard material) up against the outside of the box seems to be asking for trouble. Overall it’s a really nice, well thought out, high quality bed. The materials are solid and the finishes are very nice at any price point, but especially at the low price point it’s listed for. Kudos to the engineers that designed it. The drawers are basically free floating on their own wheels and just slide on the ground into the frame of the bed. They’re not attached except in the fully closed position there is a latch mechanism. This is ok and we knew about it before purchasing. I would strongly recommend this product. I feel confident that it will last a long time and is an incredible value!! It looks very nice and daughter is more than happy! ... show more

I like the beauty of this bed. I like the concept of the bed. With storage am concerned, however, that the leather will start peeling because it’s not real leather it’s faux. This will eventually strip. My other concern is that the drawers under the bed is not guided it swings anywhere and it also is not solid so dust can be collected on your clothes or linen that you may storing in the basket. ... show more

yalll the bed is horrible. got it yesterday, built it yesterday and it broke yesterday. I even tried to fix it and it still broke. i can say that it was easy to put together but i see that comes with a cost. it is not stable. it snapped in half the minute I placed a MATTRESS on it. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I am a college student who is now out of money and a dresser so yeah. buy at your own risk. it does look good but it’s not worth it and it’s also very low to the ground. one star is only bc that’s the least I can do and that it looks good. ... show more

I am impressed with how well the storage drawers work, they were easy to assemble, fits a lot of crap and holds up to weight. The headboard is adjustable to height and the seams are flawless.
