For the price, I'm really pleasantly surprised at the quality and look of the headboard. I read A LOT of reviews and they're not wrong when they say it looks really amazing and is very easy to put together. As a 5'6" woman, I still found it easy to handle. The instructions were far more organized than anything I've ever gotten from IKEA! I think it took me all of 30 minutes. I have a 10 inch mattress and there's a tiny gap between the top of the mattress and bottom of the headboard. But with pillows on I don't even notice it at all, even while sleeping. It's also super solid. No wobbling and no noises. The feet have smooth plastic on the bottom and don't seem like they would harm the floor. You might want something under the feet to disperse weight if you have a special carpet or rug. I love mine! ... show more

This bedframe was easy to set-up and looks great. I've plopped my 250 lb body onto my mattress on this bed, a few times today and it didn't wobble or move from its place. I was intentionally trying to see how easily the bed would slide on my hard floors and it didn't move at all! AND it's not just a bedframe, it's also a mattress stand too. I had to break-down the one I already had but was happy to for this. I love it and would recommend it! As soon as I get larger home with more bedrooms, I'm definitely going to use this set in a spare bedroom and buy a navy one for myself to replace this one. I would easily furnish every bedroom in my home with these beds. AND at this price.... how is it so inexpensive?! I'm impressed with this bed altogether, from every point of view. Mu husband assembled this bed for me it does take while to put together. I love how it looks in my bedroom. It has a nice modern feel and is sturdy. I am happy that I decided to go with a lower platform bed my toddler can climb up and down it easily, and my senior cat has no issues. So it is a win win for everyone. This bed looks great. Set up wasn't too bad and didn't take too long. The only complaint is the headboard is not very secure and wobbles. We plan on putting some type of re-enforcement to support it.
