A MUST HAVE for the home "plumber"

I saw a video when needing to replace the valve for a sink faucet, and the guy showed this product. This thing is an AWESOME tool. The ability to open the wrench and get it into tight spaces vs using an open end wrench, or worse, a pair of pliers, made changing the faucet a breeze. You do have to make sure you have it flipped the right way in order for it to stay locked when using the wrench on a nut, otherwise it will unlock when you apply pressure. It has the two standard sizes on it for most under-sink setup, but be sure to check your sink specifically to make sure it fits. The other item included, the little bar, screws onto the top of the valve to be used as a lever against the torque required to loosen or tighten the retaining nut that joins the valve and copper pipe. So simple, but incredibly useful, vs trying to use a pipe wrench or something else. Be careful to not apply too much side pressure when putting the retaining nut on or taking it off so as to not damage the copper pipe. If you balance pressure between the bar and the wrench, the job will be pretty effortless and not damage anything. Great product and real time sacer!

Company kindly noticed the issue I had and offered me a refund. Originally I left a two star review (below,) I raised it to four star because I think I likely got a defective tool and Holdly seems to stand by there product. But it does seem most people don't have the issue I had, I hope it was one off! (Original review) It works; but not well, debated doing a one star review. Issue is that the tool slips, somebody is going to bloody there knuckles using it. In tight areas it might not work. Get the pasco one.

Great Product and worked like a champ! Highly reccommend!

This tool worked amazingly well for removing old toilet and faucet shut-off valves and replacing them with 1/4 turn valves. The wrench made the job much easier, and the metal rod held the valve securely in place while working. Very solid, well-made piece. 5 stars — would definitely recommend and buy again.

Don’t know if it just mine or what when you try and use the wrench on the angle stops it slips and opens up all the time. It won’t grip and keeps slipping. I stopped using it.
