I bought this bed frame due to the lack of storage in our bedroom and our small living space and this bed fit perfect! It is not bulky and does not take up much space. The under bed storage is so helpful and easily accessible. Set up was very easy as the directions were straightforward and all of the pieces were labeled! It’s exactly pictured and as described. It’s very sturdy and easy to assemble. No more dog toys rolling under neath. I really like the idea of having the mattress be lifted to store and hid stuff underneath without having them visible. You really maximize store space with this design. Not only that, ease of cleaning under the bed via mop or vacuum without removing the mattress and box spring!! Now why minus 1 star - the hydraulics that allows you to lift the mattress are very hard to open and close. When I first installed them I couldn’t close it down. I thought maybe I had bad parts because it was so stiff. Luckily, I read a reviewer said that you have to pull down very hard to close it. After the first use it was a little easier. To mentally prepare you, it really felt like I had to pull down all my weight before it started to move and compress down (100+ lbs). Lifting with the king size mattress on felt like trying to lift a 100 lbs weight barbell too. But once the hydraulics are in motion it’s opens up smoothly and that goes same as closing. The upside: it doesn’t slam up or down on you. It definitely gives you a peace of mind that once it’s up, it stays up, and when it’s down, it stays down. I wouldn’t recommend this bed frame to elderlies or if you have a disability that prevents you lifting heavy objects; that is you’re looking to use the under bed storage featured design because of how much strength is needed to open/close it. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase. The value is all there. I would buy again for another room from this brand.

Box arrived VERY heavy and really beat up, one end was torn open and a rain storm was coming so I had to scoot it into the garage before it rained, then carried the pieces inside. Queen size bed looks very nice in the room, surprisingly sturdy. Beige color definitely leans more to gray than brown, we currently have beige walls that have more yellow tone in it and the beige bed looks gray against the wall. Which is fine we are painting the room anyway. Assembly took a couple of evenings after work and does at one point require 2 people to install the springs. At first we put our old innerspring mattress on it and it lifted super easy. Then we put the new Novaform foam mattress from Costco on it and it is noticeably heavier to lift. Still doable by an able-bodied person but it definitely takes more oomph to lift. Love all the storage under - we fit a pack n play, extra blankets, pillows and still quite a bit of room. I admit putting things underneath up by the headboard makes me a bit nervous going under there because that mattress is heavy although the bed has given me no reason to think it will collapse, just the thought of it. All in all very pleased with this bed and considering buying a second.
