Items were not all numbered/labeled so it was a guessing game making sure the pieces were correct. 2. very soft and pieces came all in tact. 3. I was scared because I never purchased a bed off amazon and I'm glad I did! The bed was delivered quickly and easy to put together. I still used a box bring with this frame but its not needed. My bed is very sturdy. I love how comfortable and how high my bed sits.
