Work great. However they hold air inside so when I sit/plop on my bed half of it rises up significantly with an air bubble, which goes down over a span of 3-7 minutes

I love it! I used it for when I had a girl subletting my room and it was perfect. I thought I needed the King size because my mattress, although Queen sized, is so tall (as tall as 2-3 mattresses stacked on top of one another) so I got both the King and Queen to try it out. The Queen still fit perfectly in spite of the height, so I'm able to swap them out with ease. Now that I've washed it and am using it myself, I'm no longer having the severe allergy issues I was having (I need a new mattress altogether). This cover has drastically (not completely) eliminated some of the breathing issues I was having from not being able to afford a new mattress as of yet. It also keeps my mattress protected. I definitely recommend (as it instructs) to have two people to put it on, even though I find a way to do it myself each time. It's easy to clean. I hang it to dry (I haven't tried using a dryer). Zips up snug and the zipper tucks away in this little velcro pocket, so as not to poke out. Stretchy material of course. Has slight sound when you move on it but nothing that has disturbed me. ... show more

I washed these (I bought two) before use I didn’t notice any strong odors beforehand; they held up well in my machine on its bedding/waterproof cycle. I do recommend checking for any standing water before tossing into the dryer or just running a spin only cycle after washing due to the waterproofing. These took a bit longer to dry due to the material, when everything was ready to be put on the bed I was able to independently fully slide it on my mattress, my mattress does have a pillow top it’s specifically a Serta perfect sleeper innerspring mattress standard plush and I had no difficulty with the mattress protector sliding on and zipping up. The protector slid on quite smoothly with just one person putting it on, it probably wouldn’t make too big of a difference if two people put it on. ... show more
