I love this as we put up blackout black miniblinds in our bedroom and were getting light from the side corners, so we got this a little wider and mounted on top of the above trim and pull it down at night and absolutely no light is getting in.

These blinds arrived quickly and were exactly as described. The vinyl is a good thickness and they are blackout so no light gets through the vinyl itself. My only critiques for the company are that the package does not mention blackout and the image makes it appear that light will get through so I was hesitant to open them. The staples used to seal the product are peculiarly sharp. I cut myself several times trying to remove them. The instructions make it clear you are to use three brackets to install the blinds but only two are provided per blind. Lastly the pull knob is difficult to attach and as a result I broke one. This was my mistake so I'm not upset with the company but I do with the knobs were preinstalled. All and all none of this affected my satisfaction in the end, but they were notable enough to warrant listing here for any other researched consumer. I would purchase more if needed and would recommend them to a friend.

Installation was straightforward. We did have to substitute slightly shorter screws to be able to install into the frame. I love that there’s a pull cord so I don’t have to get up on top of the bed to close the shade. It also retracts nice and slow and fully, no snapping etc. we’ve had this a couple months and wish we had gotten it sooner.

These blinds are very good quality, have a nice appearance and operate well. The return speed can be adjusted so they don't snap back fast. Overall they are 5*, but I had one issue. From other comments I got the impression that a blind designated as 43" would fit inside a 43" window, and that allowance was made in the length of the frame to get that fit. This is not correct. A 43" blind has a frame length of 43" plus a fraction of an inch for projecting screw heads and other bumps. In my case I was fitting three blinds into a 119" window frame, which is two 38" and one 43". That little extra length on each blind added up to 119.25" which doesn't fit in 119" however hard you push. I had assumed each blind frame would be an 1/8" or 1/4" short of the designated width to allow for fitting so it was my fault, but I did not find the exact dimensions in the Amazon description which is their failure.

Love the quality, my room gets totally blacked out now even with my window in line of the sun in the mornings, but we'll see how long it lasts, durablity is key and I think this product should last me as least 10 years. Hopefully anyway.

I bought these blinds and need a new clip to hang it bc it's broken. The number and website provided is for another company called all bright and they don't sell on amazon. One of my blinds works well the other is slow and needs nudged and one can't even be used bc the clip broke and I can't contact anyone for a replacement waste of 100 dollars
