I ordered this item from amazon for a birthday gift.ship it to the united states and then exported it to the bahamas where I live.When my nephew opened it he was so excited it looked great.he plugged the charger in to charge it with anticipation of riding it the following day, however the next morning he took it off charge and powered it on…….NOTHING…….At first we figured it was a faulty charger so we plugged the board into a different charger and put the charger that came with the new board into a board that was previously purchased(from a different company) Four hours later unplug it to try again still NOTHING the older board was fully charged so we ruled out the charger being faulty and that it was the actual board with the problem.I logged on to find out about the return policy to find that I had about a week to return the item so I sent the company an email and got no response.Its two days before the return option is no longer available and still no response from the company.My nephew is devastated and Im in the hole with a gadget that DOES NOT WORK!!!PISSED is an understatement at this point ... show more

All the kids loved it, some were pros while others had to learn to balance, the music was a hit and learning was fun. Worth the money...I just hope they last:)

This is a great looking and great performing hoverboard that was very easy for my daughter (a first-time hoverboard user) to learn to use. She enjoys the great color, and also loves the ability to stream music to it via bluetooth from her phone. Overall, she's very happy and this thing is pretty sturdy and holds up very nicely for her! She also really loves the lights/colors, and the light-up wheels, which look great as she coasts up and down in the dark at night. That also makes it a very nice safety feature for her when doing any nighttime hoverboarding! ... show more

It took me a while to come around and finally write this review. The hover board worked OK at first, though slow. After three days of enjoying it, something happened to the gyro in the middle and one side is stuck in a rotated position. The entire thing is no longer usable
