I really love the Blink 4th gen wireless outdoor floodlight camera - it's my favorite camera in our Blink camera system so far. When we first installed it in January, there was a glitch with the battery level warning. It kept telling us that we needed to replace the batteries, but that issue was fixed through an update, and now everything works as it should. I'm still thinking about getting the battery extension pack in the future, but for now, I'm satisfied with its performance and the ease of installation using that little bracket thing I sure was never going to be able to hold it up. The camera picks up all movement in the designated zones. At night, the camera comes on and lights up the entire driveway and more. It has deterred at least one person from doing something suspicious in the middle of the night. Surprisingly, it doesn't stop the neighborhood kids from playing late-night hide and seek in our driveway, even though it's pretty dumb to hide under a motion-detecting floodlight. However, that's their parents' problem. I'm planning to buy at least one more of these to add to our system. I love that these Blink cameras provide a certain level of security and allow me to be a bit of a nosey neighbor!

Fairly easy to set up. Directions are non-existent in the package but you get QR codes to look up your model on line and can see how to install. Still, takes some intuition to put together, not exactly straight forward but certainly not too much of a pain. Mine would not connect at first and stated it needed a hardware upgrade and to call tech support. Googled the issue and found online that I just needed to do a hard reset and it would then download the latest software. So, up and running in about 5 mins after that. So far, quality of image and range is good.

I really like the floodlight feature added with camera. I did not like the cheap screws that I stripped then I couldn't get the mount to slide on. But this mount is still way better than the Blink solar that has 4 tiny plastic tabs on it. But this is also way heavier. I had to drill the screw out and it took much longer to get this mount up. As least it slides on sideways and locks in position. It is a much sturdier mount that the Blink solar with camera attached.

Bought this after we caught people checking if our car was unlocked. Super simple to setup and install. Light seems plenty bright enough to get the job done. This was also my first outdoor 4 camera and the video it takes is amazing. Totally worth purchasing.
