I love this! I work in a school, and right now sit in a hard student chair. My back was so sore ( with virtual school I'm not moving from room to room like I used to). I got this. And it has eliminated the stiffness. 1. This is not soft or comfortable in a traditional sense. It puts firm pressure on your back 2. I moved this to various heights on my back throughout the day to the parts I feel tension 3. Can still feel some tension in lowest part of back ( although I run alot and its more common thereafter I run). Overall I really recommend this for office type work. I bought this maybe about a year ago to help with my posture at my computer. With my type of chair (lazy boy - also bought on amazon...) it fits nicely with the cushion, and both the flat back and the curved surface prove useful when trying to fix the discomfort in my back. I really like it, and I bought it with FSA money so, in my mind.. it was "free." ;) It's a great purchase. ... show more

Definitely works to crack you back, but I think it’s too high on the design Also that top surface little squares I had to cut it down because they’re way too rough when you put your body on it because I use my FSA card I don’t really care to return it but that will be nice to make it different sizes

It's nice to stretch the back but it's not more than a piece of hard foam so it's a little pricey for what you get.

I started using this while waiting on a chiropractor appointment after my lower back had become extremely tight and it would hurt to stand it up straight. To be honest, I highly doubted any relief would come from it. I’m happily surprised though, after the first use (for just 10 minutes) I could feel the relief. It wasn’t magically better and healed but the difference was absolutely noticeable. I continued using it daily while waiting a few weeks for my appointment and by the time it came, I wasn’t having any more tightness in my back. I went from about a 6 on the pain scale to a 0. The only other thing I was using was the occasional icy hot, so I’m a firm believer of this product now. I think it’s absolutely worth trying if you think it can help you too ... show more

    • Peak/Apex height too much and firmer than expected
When laying this on the floor, the black foam portion is 3.5 inches high; adding in the light blue foamy 'bumps' the total height is 4.25 inches. Laying on the ground, this isn't comfortable or relaxing. This puts quite a bit of extension in your back (which some people might like but that isn't why I bought this). I was hoping for a bit of acupressure and something that better conformed to my body dimensions. This doesn't do that. It is high density foam and doesn't give much. Sitting on a chair, there is no way I can find over 4 inches of extension in my back and sit comfortably or be productive. ... show more
