The packing could not have been done better (i know because i had a packing and shipping business). All pins are accounted for. The ones i checked are within spec. As i was checking them i put a smaller down on its end and it stood up. the smallest one to stand on end was .035. That tells me that the ends are cut square even on the smallest ones. I don't need a high degree of accuracy but, if i did, i think i could trust this set. ... show more

You can’t go wrong ordering these as a $100 personal set. I got tired of walking across the shop for the shop set. Defiantly not an inspection room grade but good enough for shop floor use. Out of the .011-.500 set i have found 2 pins that measure different than what they say (by several thousandths). All the labeling is different font and size on every pin. These are probably the pins that didn’t make spec and got put together to make a cheap set to sell on amazon. Perfect for my needs. ... show more

    • Good Quality and Accuracy
The pin gauges were very good quality and accuracy for the money. The only thing I can see that will require attention down the line are the hard plastic boxes and latches; they will not stand up to much use before breaking. Overall they are a great value and I would recommend them.

Affordable gauges used for a hobby, not livelihood. I measured a few and they were spot on. Since they will not be used very often the price was right. There are better quality for a lot more money, but these are perfect for me.

.011 to .060 came in a broken box. .025 pin was also broke.
