The seat, peg doesn’t fit the wholes to adjust the height, it’s dangerous and keeps dropping, only safe on the lowest level. When we do squats the entire frame has a significant sway. And, because of the sway it can be hard to hook the weight back on, which is also dangerous. Note: We had it professionally assembled by someone with years of experience. I will be emailing the company to see if there is anything I can do. Very disappointed

The squat wedge is no joke. It is very well made and heavy; I believe it will last for many years. I can say, although I thought I was pretty good at squats, this was a killer. I needed to take a break from using and will start more slowly when I start up again. I have also used it for calf stretches and it works very well for those.
