What I like - The upright posture for walking, the width of the seat, easy assembly, folds easily and is narrow but long for putting in the car. What needs improvement - The wheels are smooth and provide almost no traction for locking the wheels - can easily be pushed on carpet with the wheels fully locked - possibly dangerous. - Not tall enough. I am 5'7" and am using the last available adjustment hole. - Armrests are too short - more adjustment space needed. - Ergonomics are just a little off - angle of uprights needs to be more toward back and more armrest adjustments.

The box had significant damage, gabbing holes allowing access to product ,when opening the box, the walker and parts were in a large, clear, thin plastic bag, but had no packing materials to keep the product from bouncing around box, I don’t know if it was this or what but both legs of walker had areas were blue paint scratched off exposing silver. As well the bolts attached to orangrvribbins wouldn’t go in holes. The booklet to set up walker was terrible, there was no clear pictures showing what you were supposed to do. Also called company and number not working, product seemed really well made but with all these issues don’t know if I want to take another chance. It’s been 6 months, I finally got box to ship this walker back, but neither Amazon nor company will arrange UPS pickup. I’ve spent over 8 calls and 3 chats and each time they state they will refund me and now just keep walker, they never due. I’ve been paying interest on this for 6 months. I don’t want walker, it’s defective and unusable, I just want my money. I called again 11/5/25, again they said they would refund me via Amazon gift card. That was yesterday and still nothing.if you ever chat with CS take screen shots of conversation so you have proof. They do have a copy of all Chats so don’t let them say they dont

I’ve been disabled for many years & a cane didn’t help me to walk, I would fall using the cane. I then tried using a wheeled walker & that didn’t help me either, I couldn’t stand upright so it put more pressure on my deteriorating spine plus I couldn’t stand upright. With my new upright wheeled seated walker I’m able to stand upright which alleviates the pressure on my spine.

I’m only 50 and I do have to walk with a walker sometimes because my hips are deteriorating and I have bad knees from injuries love this Walker. It’s 100 times better standing up to walk then it is bending over you don’t get the hump.
