I was sent a used one. It wasn’t badly used but had been worn and smelled like laundry detergent. It wasn’t the same product at all Update… they sent me a new one right away. It’s just as advertised. Fits well and I’m really happy I ordered this.

I really liked the idea of this waist trainer, and I had high hopes for it. Unfortunately, the quality is very disappointing. I only wore it once, and it already started coming apart. The top clasp arrived broken, which made it difficult to secure properly, and the zipper constantly slides down while wearing it, making it ineffective. The material also doesn’t seem durable enough to withstand normal use. It’s frustrating because the design has potential, but the poor construction completely overshadows it. I expected much better quality for the price. Sadly, I cannot recommend this product. I would not purchase this product again, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless the manufacturer significantly improves its quality and durability. ... show more
