This is not the same as the Angel Soft 2-ply you find in stores. It's thinner and scratchier, but I guess that's on me for thinking the "professional series" would be the same as what they sell for residential. It's definitely mid-grade hotel quality paper.

Don’t let the name angel soft make you believe that you’re getting the same type of product that you would receive from angel soft when purchased from the grocery store. Although the price was great for the number of roles received, this is what I would call gas station, toilet paper or hotel room toilet paper. It does say commercial on the packaging, but I was hopeful that the angel soft brand-name would mean a similar product like the ones I get in the grocery store. It is not the same. It is technically 2-ply, but it separates very easily when sitting on the dispenser roll. Next time I will buy through a warehouse club to ensure I get the residential version of this product, which seems a bit softer and less thin and papery. ... show more
