I run a CNC based business full time and am trying to locate a reasonable priced alternatives to our most used tools. I have bought several different .25 compression bits to try out. We are keeping track of # of cuts for each bit as we cut the same material and took paths constantly Good bit for $. Cuts very clean. Not sure about the longevity of the sharpness. I may try and update this review. Also it is .25" Update. The longevity of this tool is good. Not as good as the big ama+# or ons!+d but at a fraction of the price definitely a better alternative. The only difference in the cut quality in my opinion is the chip removal is a little less effective than the 2 big name brands I have used. ... show more

    • Great bit, Great price!
This is the first compression bit that I’ve purchased or used. It is a great but for cutting out the 400 ornaments I’m making from 3/8” baltic birch plywood! Very clean cuts. This is a great cnc router bit, at a great price! I’ll be back for more when needed!

the bit is super sharp, the finish is crystal clear and the cutting edges are very clean. Excellent product!!! -tested on MDF, Acrylic and PVC.

    • Perfect cut
I got a couple of these for a CNC project that required cutting 3/4 thick birch plywood. I was amazed at the perfect cut on both top and bottom, absolutely no feathering or sanding needed. I was able to push the feed faster than I thought I could and these went thru the ply like butter. I will report back after I use these for a while and I see how they hold up long term. ... show more
