I love the Alienware command center and expandability. Thermals are not terrible but it does get noisy under heavy work load.

Boxed well, shipped on time, and ran without issue with a thunderbolt kvm. Haven’t thrown any game it hasn’t handled on ultra settings. Old games run at 170fps on ultra wide 4K.

Don’t buy this stuff, the one I received, there are no liquid cooling, no cover of the memory and SSD. And box is dirty, looked like someone returned. It is not worth that price. I am going to return it.

There are multiple pictures showing the rear cover attached to the computer. No indicators that this model of the R13 showing the back cover as an option. No option to purchase the back cover either. So, I haven’t had a desktop PC in a while. I mostly wanted it to game and I had my whole set up ready. The look of it was also very important to me. I loved the usual “Alienware” look. I ordered this and couldn’t wait for it to get here, but I was disappointed. The picture shown is not what you get. At least, not all the time. I’m confused where the cover for the fan and the tubing is. I actually contacted Amazon support about it, where they claimed there was “no difference” between what I got and what was advertised. I found that extremely hard to believe since you can literally see the difference. Not to mention, SOME review pictures got the correct product and one didn’t, and I’m assuming they returned it, so it’s confusing about what you’re actually supposed to get. For the price of those PC, I should get what is advertised. It runs well, so far, but I’m still contemplating sending it back because it’s false advertising to have a certain image and promise that look, but what you send out is not that. At least I knew the back wasn’t included because it said so, there was no indication the inside would be different. ... show more
