  • Great Gaming Machine
I’ve bought Alienware for years and this is the smoothest one yet. It’s also got a nice case design, adjustable lighting and is really quiet even under heavy loads. It’s also really powerful and will handle today’s cutting edge games with ease. My only complaint is that it doesn’t contain a dvd/bluray drive. I still highly recommend it though. P.S. In response to the previous reviewer who says it’s better to build your own & who sounds like your typical Alienware hater, I totally disagree with him. Not everyone wants to go get a bunch of parts, do research and build their own. There’s also no tech support & It’s not even that much cheaper. So buying a pre-built still makes sense for most ppl. ... show more

  • Overpriced and buggy
Had to return because of a driver issue that made restart and shutdown very difficult. Called Dell support many times and had no an answer. Alienware software is a nightmare, PC really not worth it unless you can find at a discount.

  • Product Failure
Product software crashed numerous times upon setup. Returned to vendor, vendor received 10/28/21 at 12:42 pm. Have not received refund or notification of refund.

  • Read before buying
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy this pc unless you are extremely knowledgeable on pcs and want to use it for anything other than a pre-built gaming pc (IE take it apart for a youtube review or something like that). I am not joking when I say you can easily get better performance for around 1,000$, and if you want to build it yourself, even maybe less than 800$. This computer is not even CLOSE to worth this absurd amount of money, and is not even going to be reliable! Just do extensive research, trust me, you will regret it if you don't. Just because it might work for some people, doesn't mean this is at all good. ... show more

  • PLEASE READ THIS
For $4K it’s not worth it. Just wait till the chip shortage ends and build your own pc. Building a pc is cheaper and you learn something. And also when buying parts be smart about it and buy when it’s on sale

  • The absolute WORST “gaming” computer ever
Terrible computers, not good for gaming. Which, uuuh, gaming computer?! Terrible company that LIES to and misleads their customers, and atrocious tech support. I purchased 3 of these straight from Dell, and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made in life. All 3 computers were super laggy straight out of the box brand new. Parts break and need replaced REGULARLY. These computers are absolute pieces of crap. BUILD YOUR OWN PC!! Ppl on YouTube will teach you how and it will be a fraction of the cost of these oversized paperweights. ... show more
