Y’all. This is the best freaking mascara I’ve ever used. I was super hesitant bc of the mixed reviews, but I decided “what the hell” and ordered it. I couldn’t wait to try it on, so upon arrival, I ripped the package open immediately and threw some on. I’ve never fallen in love so fast, Yall. The only downfall is, do not and I repeat do NOT wear this mascara if your going thru a break up (unless you are actively looking for attention), because this mascara runs down your face just as fast as those tears! You better have your emotions under control if you want to wear this mascara. But on the plus side, with the confidence this product brings you, who needs that loser anyways?! Another positive note, this mascara doesn’t get flakey and end up in your eyeballs driving you insane, like some other brands do. It comes off easy in the shower (or a good cry). I apply coconut oil or castor oil on a Q Tip or cotton ball and it doesn’t take much effort to remove. If you are looking for something extremely durable that you can wear to the gym, or wear to the pool in August in Texas, this mascara is not for you. If you are looking for a mascara that gives you major volume, but natural, no spider leg looking eye lashes, this is for you. Like if your trying to trick a boy into thinking you “woke up like dis” fresh faced and you want the fake lash look that looks more natural (I know, super contradictory) … this is what you want. This is now my favorite mascara. Tossed all of my older mascara's!! I'm sold!! I tend to research on Google before making a decision on make up but this was a promo - buy 3 of something and get 20% off and as I was looking for one more thing on the list Amazon had to offer, I saw this and though I think I may be a make up snob sometimes by only buying products such as Tarte, Lorac, Mac, Urban Decay, Laura Mercier, Too-faced, etc., there were few choices in my search for my third purchase so I selected this, not really thinking it would be very good. I WAS SOO WRONG! I always use a primer first before mascara and this was incredible. It did NOT come out in clumps and it was so great because I just can build up to the level I desire as I said without it clumping together and believe me, I like thick long lashes and I was shocked at how much this product worked. This mascara is one of my all-time faves and a permanent member of my Mascara Closet. Legendary make up artist Kevin Aucoin always said to wipe the brush clean w a tissue first, then dip it back into the tube for a cleaner application. That's VERY good advice with a brush that's as thick and bristled as this one. I like this mascara because it's flexible, strength-wise. Lightly sweep it on for a work-appropriate clean lash look. A bolder sweep or two gives dramatic nighttime lashes. DO anticipate raccoon eyes in the am, even after removing w a good product, though hahaha -- it always takes me two rounds of cleansing for full removal. ... show more

I have mixed feelings about this product. The brush is good, it really seems to get all my lashes, but the mascara itself is a bit clumpy. I put it on with the L’Oréal brush, but use a secondary brush to help remove clumps. With that said. I still like the product. It lasts all day and doesn’t seem to smudge as much as other brands. I’m pretty particular about the brush and this one has a nice, soft design. Some brushes don’t get all your lashes and/or hurt to apply the mascara. ... show more

I started using this mascara years ago and was happy to find it for a descent price on Amazon. It is my favorite mascara and I wear nothing else. I wear waterproof so if you want to use waterproof you will need a good eye makeup remover product. I use Neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover. It comes in a blue bottle and is also sold on Amazon for 1/2 of what it costs me in the store and its a larger bottle. Couple swipes with that and waterproof mascara comes off. No smuding or flaking, and stays on when you wear it. I like that I can put on extra coats just on the ends to length as long as I need and also plump up the volume. I will be buying again. I have very fine and delicate lashes that are easily weighed down by mascara. They won't hold a curl and go flat with even one light coat. I've been searching a mascara that might work kind of like hairspray, holding the lashes up! Well, this Lash Paradise is it. I applied only one coat after curling the lashes and they held up all day! This is a first for me. No flaking, no clumping, and no ugly spider legs. Now, I did have to wipe quite a bit of mascara off of the brush before applying it because it was just saturated and such a goopy mess. Maybe mine is a one off but it arrived a bit thick/clumpy. I tried it as is and it does work well enough. My lashes looked okay but I did not achieve "voluminous" lashes. There were clumps that I used my own clean mascara brush to remove. This mascara did prove to be smudge proof but it did flake. I tried again on another day AFTER wetting the wand and remixing the product. This went much better, no clumps and still smudge proof. It did flake again but to a lesser degree. Do not try to build volume, you will end up with spider eyes. This is destined for the bottom of my make up drawer because I won't wait in line to return a small, inexpensive item. Lessen learned though, you get what you pay for. Others had positive experiences, I read reviews before deciding on a purchase, but my experience was much different. ... show more
