This arrived in perfect condition. Works great I can run games like fortnite Dune awakening and pretty heavy games like gta ect. You for sure will spend time just figuring out performance at first and settings. I like it though Im very happy with this I played on xbox xs for 4 years and bought this as my start into pc gaming and it handles everything I throw at it really well. The only thing Im kinda sad about is I wish I knew dell had rewards so if you purchase this on the dell site you get 3% back you can use on other products which I wish I got points for buying on here. ... show more

I love this computer. It gets really hot so you wouldn't want to leave it in your lap if you are gaming. The battery doesn't last long if you are gaming so you have to keep it plugged in. Power hub to all the ports went out so now I have to send it back to dell. Been less than a month I’ve had it before hardware failure. I got dell because it’s cheaper and needed something for automation controls. I wouldn’t recommend dell as a whole to anyone and would strictly advise against buying there products. I had high hopes for this laptop and had purchased it to replace an ROG laptop that I had served me well for 7 years. I regret this purchase. The laptop shuts down at random times with increasing frequency each time it wakes from sleep. I read that it overheats and didn't anticipate it would be so bad. While lightweight, it feels like cheap plastic and I keep comparing to my older laptop which was very sturdy. I needed to run lightweight 3D software like Blender but yet it's performance is so sluggish despite the graphics card. Sound quality is not great either. I bought this on a Black Friday sale but perhaps should have just coughed up extra and bought another ROG laptop. ... show more
