Really nice machine, solid and built well. A bit on the heavier side, but solid built, screen is good and performance is top notch. Dell software is buggy, but that's about it. Overall recommend! My only issue is the Intel sticker is stuck crooked , but no FPS loss!

I had high hopes for this laptop and had purchased it to replace an ROG laptop that I had served me well for 7 years. I regret this purchase. The laptop shuts down at random times with increasing frequency each time it wakes from sleep. I read that it overheats and didn't anticipate it would be so bad. While lightweight, it feels like cheap plastic and I keep comparing to my older laptop which was very sturdy. I needed to run lightweight 3D software like Blender but yet it's performance is so sluggish despite the graphics card. Sound quality is not great either. I bought this on a Black Friday sale but perhaps should have just coughed up extra and bought another ROG laptop. ... show more

I love this computer. It gets really hot so you wouldn't want to leave it in your lap if you are gaming. The battery doesn't last long if you are gaming so you have to keep it plugged in. sound quality is decent, a little on the quite end but not bad. the weight is heavier then I expected from a 16 in laptop. It is fast loading and in operations. The cooling ability of the high performance setting is easy to use and cools the computer quickly. The stability of the system hardware is decent although updates have posed an issue in consistency, but the stability of the physical computer is poor. I have had this computer for a short while now and the left side of the computer has begun to break down, causing for repairs. If you are going to get this machine, consider going the extra mile for accidental as Dell does not own the weakness of their machine and places it on the buyer. Over all, as long as you ensure you have covered accidental damages, the functions of the machine are a good value for the money spent. ... show more
