The media could not be loaded. This is an ultra comfortable office chair. It has a very very firm seat, which is great for my hip issues. I like that the seat is fabric so I don’t get all sweaty like I do with bonded leather. The lumbar support is phenomenal and fully adjustable. I can adjust the firmness and the vertical placement. The trick to adjusting the lumbar is that you have to ratchet it up to the position you want. Then if you change your mind, you pull it all the way up, which allows you to slide it back down and restart the ratcheting to reposition. The arms slide forward/back, in/out and up/down. The base is metal and the castors roll smoothly. The back is a mesh gray and the seat is solid black, not mesh. This chair is a winner. ... show more

It's a good chair with the necessary ergonomic features. But the biggest issue I faced is that the seat is very firm, feels like sitting on the floor. The seller just says it'll become softer on regular usage. But it has been more than a month I've been using, still as hard as it was when purchased. Additionally the arm tests are cheap plastic, but for that I bought a pair of cushions which are very comfortable. ... show more

If this chair ever wears out, I will be shocked. It is extremely heavy, and sturdy. You will not be winning any chair races in this thing. Everything is adjustable. Everything. I wish the seat itself were more comfortable. After a month, I may still be breaking it in, or perhaps it is just that sturdy of a chair. I'm glad I added the headrest. The mesh back and the head rest, together, are the best part of this chair. The head rest does not get in the way, like so many do. It is nice to lean back on, especially on a hot day, with a fan cooling you through the mesh back. Speaking of the back, I wish the back could be raised higher. Adding a cushion to the chair means your lumbar support is too low. ... show more

It's an amazing chair. Please note the casters on it were a seprate purchase (love them btw) and were only $15. I didn't break the casters for this chair out of their packagings but they looked better than what you'd find in a Staples store and same non abrasive material that is on my casters were on the standard size casters. I like the rollerblade style casters because it helps bring any chair to my 30in tall desk. Can't say this chair would do that stock but I can say I am 6'2" and if you're taller than me then this chair will fit you for sure. This chair is high quality! The polyurethane foam is also on the firm side with a quick rebound. Unfortunately for me this caused a pressure point on my tailbone and caused my legs to fall asleep. If you don't mind a firm seat then this may be for you or you can add in a pad to soften it as this has an adjustable whole backrest that won't sacrifice lumbar support. It can go up about 6 clicks and beyond that it resets and slides back down. If I had to estimate the height from bottom to top that would be 5-6-ish inches of adjustment. The seat is froward and backward adjustable as well. This is especially important for a tall person to play with as the stock position is only good for shorter people. Moving the seat out feont turned it from very uncomfortable to mildly uncomfortable at first. Give it about 10 minutes or so and I wasn't feeling great but my back was better for it with my lumbar not slammed into the back. The lumbar portion isn't adjustable. You have to adjust the seat back height to make it better for you. The seat as well is bigger than your average office chair. The armrests felt pretty good quality. Adjusts up, down, forward, back, and side to side. It's a harder rubber foam with a slight give. All mechanical aspects of this chair was awesome. None of the mechanisms were gritty or rough to use from handling plastics(looking at you Staples!). I imagine that this chair would last or outlast the 5 year warranty. ... show more

I have been using this office chair for a week now and I am loving it! It came with clear instructions on how to assemble it. The assembly was quick and easy, except you need to be a little mindful of how heavy the parts are. Here are some pros and cons for your reference: Pros: Various ways to adjust the chair to make it more comfortable Has strong support for back and neck Great quality Cat proof! (My cats are not really trying to scratch the chair, but when they do, there are no marks or scratches on the chair. Unlike other ones that I have purchased before, my cats would totally destroy those) Great 24/7 customer service Cons: (Not really a con, more of a friendly advice) When I was putting together the parts, I wasn’t paying attention to the grease/lubricant on one of the parts. It stained my shirt a bit. Wear black or any old t-shirts, and you will be fine! Anyways, I would totally recommend this!!! Best purchase ever! ... show more
