    • defected head.
The condenser is working find, it sends the hellion gas to the head, but it looks the pipes in the head are not connected or they are clough, the hellion gas stops on the head. It does not cool or heat.

Great little unit! Install was easy (we hired a HVAC guy to vacuum and recharge). Unit keeps our bedroom nice and cool in our converted Greyhound bus. Great output. Quiet. Awesome value.

    • I got cold air in hot summer!
Awwww Yeahhhh! I got cold air in hot summer! And warm air in cold seasons. I’m a Happy camper. Take some concentration and steady research to get everything I need and install it diy. I got lucky though because another ac was being install in my house by a hvac guy that he took care of plugging everything together. I installed head onto the wall using the template, drill, hole saw (for cement wall). That was pretty easy. The outside unit needed to climb up above shoulder height by 3ft. I got creative and used a ladder leaning against the wall and chain hoist to lift the unit. It’s heavy, be careful. The electrical was done the the expert…in the heat, all day, and got me cold air. He earn an extra tip for getting it to work on a hot day. The unit get cold very quick, very quiet (much less noise than the portable ac), powerful fan, look sleek. Customer service was excellent. At the time the price is around $500 (very affordable!). I highly recommend getting a professional to install this so you don’t have to break your back falling off ladders. ... show more

    • Install kit is too short
Nice product but needs longer pipes. Also the electrical connection between units is only about 10ft. I had to order a longer install kit and it cost an additional $100. No instructions for setting up the app

    • Best decision I made in a while
Works great and I hooked it up myself. Bonus.. my power bill is lower than it has ever been in the summertime in Mississippi. I out this 1 ton in one area and a 2 ton in my living room… these are taking the place of a 5 ton package unit, and doing a better job.
