I am extremely satisfied with this mini split. Very good quality, this thing is made very well! I have never installed a mini split before until I got this one and it was fairly easy to do. After watching a couple of YouTube videos and reading the Manuel it was no trouble at all. Be sure to buy separately the Nylog refrigerant fitting glue and a set of gauges and vaccum pump. The lines have to be leak tested and under a vacuum before the refrigerant is released into the lines. Youtube videos can explain that better. The performance of this unit is fantastic as well. It runs very quite and does an awesome job of heating and cooling. I will be buying more of these in the future as I live in an older home that heated by a wood stove and cooler by window ac units. So this is my upgrade with out breaking the bank.

Shipping was very quick, I received the outside unit in 3 days and the inside unit the day after. Installation was pretty straightforward and everything you need is included. I did have an issue with an item, no fault of the sellers, after communicating for a couple days back and forth troubleshooting but still no luck, they sent out a replacement part. The remote and the App are easy to use and work exactly as described. The AC unit works amazing and so does the heat. But what stands out the most is the great communication with the sellers customer support and assistance with the item. I would definitely purchase from this seller again and most likely will.

Works great. Fairly simple install if you're mechanically inclined. I installed the unit in a 10x16 insulated shed. Its too cold. Really. I could have purchased the 9,000btu model for less and it would have been fine. I haven't tried the heating feature yet but if it works as good as the AC does, ill make another purchase. Man it'll freeze you out. AND, its nearly silent. Inside and out, sometimes I cant tell if its on or not till I walk next to it and catch that cold blast. Honestly, I wish I had bought this long ago. It really is incredible.

Since I have no prior experience with installing or setting up one of these systems, it turned out to be quite a challenge. There wasn't a template available, so I found myself measuring multiple times to ensure I drilled the hole in the right spot. I was slightly off and had to adjust the head to cover the hole properly. I drilled a 3.5-inch hole, but it actually needed to be 3 inches, which wasn't mentioned in the instructions at all. Fortunately, I could draw power from an outlet on the same wall, so that part wasn't too much of a hassle. The lines were excessively long, so I had to carefully roll them up without causing any kinks. I bought a vacuum from Amazon to vacuum the line set, which was another learning curve for me. I wish there were instructions for the little tasks that need to be completed, but I suppose they prefer that regular homeowners don't attempt their own installations. Nevertheless, now that everything is set up, it operates really well, and compared to my 12,000 BTU window unit, it is very quiet. The AC blows really cold air and has a better range than my window unit. This is my first mini-split installation, and I plan to replace three other window units in my home, which is why I purchased the vacuum pump. I'm also thinking about getting a flare tool to avoid dealing with the excess length of the refrigerant lines. Overall, it was definitely worth the money I spent, and I highly recommend doing your research if you intend to install it yourself.

This unit is Awesome! Easy set up, took 2 hours to install, another hour to vacuum down. Start blowing cold air 10 min after start up. Had a little issue finding a 25 amp breaker that was recommended but did find one locally and the unit works amazing. Been 82 degrees and higher the last few days and mini split is keeping the whole house at 68 with ease. I will be buying another one for my garage and my barn. I had questions about shipping and had a answer from the seller in 12 hours. Definitely will buy more from Happy Tao

This product was delivered WITHOUT proper parts to do install it, I purchased 2 and neither one had the parts. You cant contact the manufacturer, IF I WERE YOU I WOULD BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALER. I PROBABLY WOULD NOT GET THIS ONE ALL TOGETHER, IT DOESN'T DO AS GOOD A JOB AS THE LAST 2 I BOUGHT FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER.

I really like how inexpensive it is. I had a company come out and quote me a fat $27,500 to replace my roof mounted living room and kitchen A/C and upgrade my duct work (same day/next day). I installed this small unit by myself in a total of 4 days last month for less than $1,100! This unit really cools the entire 1500 sq ft area. The entire living room and kitchen temp easily drops by 2 degrees within 10 minutes. I had been hesitant for many years on purchasing one of these and am so glad I did. The unit runs quietly, uses less electricity than the roof mounted one did (until it failed). It comes pre-charged with refrigerant ( I DID NOT NEED TO VACUUM the lines). since the wall unit came pre pressurized (with air) I knew that there was no leak in the actual unit and the copper lines were obviously not damaged or kinked. So, all you have to do is carefully tighten on the refrigerant lines (use the thread sealer for refrigerant lines) and then slowly open the small diameter one first and then the large diameter valve. check for leaks around the connections and you can buy "heavy duty PVC pipe tape" in addition to the pipe wrap that they provide to really wrap the pipes for good and to keep the weather from deteriorating things for a really long time. The internet easily has all the info you need to guide you if you think you lack the skills needed (running electrical, proper plumbing, A/C install and maintenance) its all there and makes the process much easier.

Works great. I just wish it was clear on the instructions that it is preloaded, it was. After torquing the lines, just opened the two brass valves with an Allen wrench and magic!!! Best bang for the buck. Be very careful brass will bend the wrong way if your not mythological about unrolling the preloaded pipe
