I like the bed so far. I love that certain pieces came with cushion to prevent bending and scratching. I would recommend changing the chronological order for connecting #7s and #9s. I’d recommend connecting (#7, both #9s, then other #7. Then connecting the ends of #7 to the headboard and footboard. REASON: once the #7s are connected to the headboard and footboard, it’s hard to squeeze/slide in the #9s and I was FORCED to scratch up the side of the bed. Such a great bed frame! Beautiful and sturdy! I would reccomend having 2 people to help set it up, I did it alone and it was hard at some points. Overall great investment!

unfortunately I was missing a very important piece in the box to assemble this and can’t get a hold of the company via phone. I got it really cheap and while the pieces I received looked nice, I hate that I won’t be able to use it. When received, one leg was missing a part to screw the side into. Otherwise is a good product. I’ve emailed customer service as the phone number they provide does not connect. If they provide a new part I will note and increase my review. Update: Good news and good customer service. The company rushed me a new leg and I was easily able to replace the original.
