Hey, I don't usually write reviews, but listen up. Stop wasting your time looking around and just buy this one. I got the 12x16 size and it fits my space perfectly. Everything about it looks top-notch. The instructions are super helpful, and they even provide extra screws. Just a heads up, be patient and wait for all the boxes to arrive before you start installing it. Mine came in 6 boxes. I'm absolutely loving it!

We got the 12 x 14 gazebo. The five boxes were delivered over several days, heavy and well protected. I was able to do 90 percent of the installation singlehandedly, although a second person would have been a substantial improvement. Got it done in 20-25 hours. I was really impressed by the design and the clarity of the instructions. It was rare that I didn't know exactly how to do a particular step. The labeling of the parts was critical and I was very happy that everything was included, including a bag of spare hardware pieces. The manual even told me in which box a particular part was hiding. I would highly recommend this product and I think it looks great. Now I just have to put up the included mosquito netting and the curtains and I'm good to go.

The media could not be loaded. This was an Amazon purchase with the delivery fee of $200. It came in 6 boxes. It says you need 5 people to put it together, but there were just 2 of us, a 6 foot ladder and 1 folding chair and we did it! It took us 11 days working on it 2 to 3 hours a day. The final product is absolutely wonderful. We had to put it on stepping stones for our head to clear the sliding glass door because its higherup. Just buy a leveler and place it on the top gazebo rack to figure out how many stepping stones you need under each post. Doing the side against the house required the 3 outside panels to be put on 1st , leaving the 4 panels in the center open , to be to get inbetween them on a ladder and drill one the r4 and r5 top diagnal strips, AND go ahead and drill on the S pieces , working your way to the center. Then you can get on the ladder under the gazebo and wedge the panels under the other panels by lifting up under the very top and pushing up and in. We would definitely do it again!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. This is a top notch product. Lots of parts, but good directions on how to assemble it. I highly recommend it. Directions say it recommends 5 people to assemble, we did it with 2 😜

Directions are great, but the poles should be number. We had to switch things in the corners a couple times to get the holes to line up. Also, the curtains need a little help. You can't open just one or two sides, unless you add your own Velcro pieces. It's all or nothing the way it is designed. Also, the curtain panels should be numbered. They have to go up a certain way but have no guidance in the directions.
