I have a standard desk lamp behind three monitors, and I have always had trouble getting decent lighting to the desk area in front of the monitors. This lamp, due to its versatility, solves the problem very well. What I like most about the light is its ability to be bent and adjusted just about any way you need. I have the lamp positioned slightly behind, my monitors with the lights coming forward over the top. With the lighting tilted slightly downward I have no light glare in my eyes, and that is a key point to me. The the lamp brightness and color tone is also adjustable through several settings, and that is another nice feature. The light is very quick and easy to put together, needing only two screws and a screwdriver (both included). There is a wireless charging base and a USB-A charging port built into the base. While I don't have a big need for these features, they will come in handy for many. I don't know how long it will last, but so far I like everything about this lamp. ... show more

I’m using this lamp as a piano light, and it works great. It’s really bright, and the double head design spreads the light evenly across all the keys and sheet music. There was some trouble at first with assembly that was completely out fault! Once I figured it out, it was fairly simple. I was able to test connect the power, and the functionality is great. The light has many white tone options and there are varying degrees of brightness and dim, exactly as advertised. The gooseneck also seems very flexible, and I managed to test the phone charger base, and it was able to connect and charge even through my case. The additional charging port is the typical USB, not the new USB-C. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it - who knows, maybe I’ll get a second one for my spouse, or even my kid. ... show more

Get this. Your eyes will thank you. I use 3 different screens for work, and I was really struggling by the end of my shift with blurry vision and eye strain. This is has helped tremendously. The settings are great and you can easily adjust the brightness. It’s kind of flimsy but not in a shoddy way. Oh! The fact that the base is a charger is a really cool function. If I could give this NO STARS I would. When I got my item and opened it up, as you can see from the picture, it's got a goose neck on it, well, that's not what I got. When I put it together, the part that has the lamp light on it, was backwards, so if you wanted to turn it on, it was on the backside. (Yes, I know it comes with a remote.) Also, it only is straight across, no bending, other than straight up and down, with no curve downward. I wanted a goose neck, so I could have it shine down on my desk, NOT IN MY EYES, which this one would have. If you are going to show that it has a goose neck, the box shows that it has a goose neck, but the instructions and the parts AREN'T goose neck, then don't send it to your customers. Very, very disappointed. This is the second one that I have bought and now have to return for the EXACT SAME ISSUE . . . NO GOOSE NECK! UGH!!!! So frustrating! See photos attached. This is what I got. First photo: is of the box, clearly a goose neck on it. Second photo: is the instructions manual, that shows NO goose neck. Third photo: is after I put it together. You can clearly see, there is NO goose neck to it. Fourth Photo: is showing it as instructed to put it together, but the lights are facing directly at your face and the buttons are on the back, not accessible. Fifth photo: if you turn it around so you can access the buttons, then the lights are in the back. The only way the lights strips work is like the photo is showing or straight up and down. So it will ALWAYS be shining right in your face, not where you need it. Hence why you'd want a GOOSE NECK!) ... show more
