We love this machine! It was a Christmas present and it has far exceeded our expectation. Ice cream in an hour and without all the unhealthy ingredients. What can be better than that? One cycle provides the two of us with ice cream for a week. That is a dish of it each night. Even can make some for our four-legged babies too! Full disclosure, our machine had an issue and we worked with Airmsen customer service and they were wonderful in getting the issue resolved and promptly. The only disadvantage with this machine would be trying to scrape the ice cream off the blade. It can be a little tricky because of the shape of it but by no means is it a deal breaker. Ok, maybe one other negative...our local ice cream spots don't get our business anymore. We enjoy our ice cream treat time at home. Our pups do too! Seriously, invest in one of these machines. Money well spent!

Making ice cream in this machine is as easy as adding some ingredients and pressing a button. The ice cream that comes out is more like soft serve, but if you then place it in the freezer it is exactly like store-bought, only better. My only complaint is that it was slightly difficult to get all of the ice cream off the paddle, but that would be with any churn. Worked very well, no complaints.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I make 1qt of ice cream every other day. I do not put anything in the freezer. I put 1tsp vanilla, 1 cup half and half, 1 cup heavy whipping cream in bucket and hit start twice. In 30 minutes I have soft ice cream. Any longer then 30 minutes is a waste. If bucket is stuck just pull out paddle, most ice cream will come out with it. The rest can be scooped out . I would buy this machine again.

The media could not be loaded. I do very few reviews. Unless I feel it's the best, or worst. After months of research I purchased this one. I'm 69 yrs old and money is tight, so I can't waist money on a bad purchase. But I made a great decision. This is the best ice cream maker on the market. With the built in compressor makes it so easy for a old man that loves ice cream. Also much healthier making your own. Plus market ice cream has alot of un natural ingredients. It's very easy, you will love it and so will everyone else. My wife thought I spent money foolishly. But now she loves this machine. Happy wife, happy life. So stop agonizing on what machine to purchase like I did. Order one today. Read instructions that state to unplug unit when not in use. That's because it's a refrigerated compressor unit. It's a awsome ice cream maker.

Update: the first one worked only a few times and then started making either mush or runny milkshakes, basically. So the seller sent me a replacement which was used, not new. That one doesn’t work either. I’m so disappointed because it started out so very well. I was so excited about making small batch ice cream, any flavor we wanted anytime. The concept is great, but on follow through, it failed. So sad.

The first one I ordered was a dud. After trying it out, nothing was freezing after several attempts at making ice cream. Sent back as an exchange and it’s worked perfectly so far and after several batches. The controls are simple and the product is easy to use. It is heavy and takes up some counter space as well as closet storage, but the ice cream is phenomenal.
