This machine makes great coffee. It makes the same coffee which I use taste about 15% better. Moreover, the speed with which the coffee is brewed is quicker than my previous machines. I am happy with my purchase and look forward to drinking the coffee that it produces.

Makes a great, hot cup of coffee.

This coffee maker makes great very hot coffee, which we are very happy with. The filter is super easy to clean. I gave it 4 stars, only because it is a little bit difficult to set the brewing time; it doesn't make the coffee exactly when I it's programed to, but it's not a bid deal.

Works Great, Keeps Warm, Loses Less Water than Other’s
I was a little hesitant about this coffee maker after reading reviews elsewhere claiming that the warming plate wouldn’t activate with smaller amounts of coffee or that the machine stopped working quickly. So far, my experience has been much better than I expected. I’m the only coffee drinker in my house, so I rarely make a full pot. One thing I specifically wanted to know was whether the warming plate would work with a small batch, and it does. I can make roughly a large mug’s worth of coffee and the warmer still comes on and keeps it hot. I’ve also noticed that this machine seems to lose less water during brewing than my previous coffee maker. With my old machine, I had to add considerably more water to end up with the same amount of brewed coffee. With this one, what I put in is much closer to what I actually get out. The included reusable filter has also been working well and has held up nicely. The coffee tastes fresh, and another big improvement over my previous machine is the flavor after sitting on the warmer. If I brew enough for two cups and leave a small amount in the carafe, it doesn’t quickly develop that harsh, burnt taste my old coffee maker produced. There are two small design quirks worth mentioning, but don’t affect quality. The carafe needs to be lifted slightly up and then out because of the lip around the warming area; pulling it straight forward doesn’t work well. The top also needs a little push to make sure it’s completely sealed. Neither has been an issue once I figured out how the machine is designed. Overall, I’ve been very pleasantly surprised. It works well for someone like me who normally makes small amounts of coffee, the warmer functions properly with those smaller batches, and the reusable filter and carafe have both worked well so far.

Perfect For Guests or Everyday Use
I have the smaller version of their coffee maker that grinds and brews, but we needed something larger. The last time we had guests, I realized that the coffee maker we had wouldn’t make enough coffee in time. I didn’t think anyone would want to wait for me to use the Moka pot or the pour-over. So I ended up making them two espressos with my portable espresso maker. But if there had been more people, it would have been a problem. So, to make a long story short, I was happy to order this 14-cup programmable drip coffee maker. And it works a treat. We always have plenty of coffee beans around our house. And our coffee grinder is REALLY good. The machine lets me dump my freshly ground coffee into the basket and set the coffee machine’s time to start the brew so it’s done when I need it. Not to be tacky, but I’m neurodivergent, and being able to act like my having the coffee ready at a certain time is because of great planning and my excellent hostess skills instead of because my social battery has run out and I need them out of my house ASAP, is a godsend. The coffee’s great too. I’ve had no issues with this coffee maker and would definitely recommend it. Especially if you have a good grinder. I’d even recommend this for a two-person household. You don’t HAVE to brew 14 cups at a time. You can brew as few as four, which is perfect for us on the weekends. I work from home during the week and tend to have a latte for breakfast. The rest of the coffee I can either leave in the pot for another cup, because it stays hot for quite some time. OR turn it into a coffee syrup or icing to drizzle onto a treat later in the day. LOL. Yeah, I’m weird like that.

good product but missing features for its price range
We ordered the 14-cup option since our coffee maker has been a decade old and needs to be replaced because it has started malfunctioning every now and then. This doesn't have many bells and whistles but we really appreciate having the heated pad since our previous one didn't have it. The included reusable filter looks durable and could last. For my peace of mind, I did check for replacement filters and found that it uses the same filter as the Ninja and Cuisinart coffee makers. Its very affordable to replace if needed. The programmable timer is easy to set up and works very similar to our previous coffee maker. You still have to prepare it though by making sure you've added the coffee and enough water in the tank. It brews in cups of 2, however. So you can only brew 4, 6, 8, 10 cups and not 5 or 7. To brew 14 cups, you do 10 and 4, or 8 and 6 cups. The water tank is refilled directly from the top of the unit by opening the top. Its a bit tight to open and sometimes I feel like I might break it when opening because the lid is on the side but it open from the back. I think it would've been less trickier to open if the lid is to the front, or the swivel is opposite the side of the lid. Its not a big issue since we don't refill very often - about once or twice a week The position of the water gauge is to the right so if you're positioning this with another appliance to its right, it might be difficult to see the water gauge. Again, would've been easier to put the gauge to the front too. The pot is made of glass which is what you always want it to be. Its easy to lift and carry. The heat source for the 2-hour keep warm feature is at the bottom of the pot so it can get pretty hot that we have to get used to because our previous one had some insulation there instead. The pot has measurement on the side but we really don't use it as we measure by our coffee mug size, which unfortunately is between 1.5 to 2 cups. Now during operation is when we were really impressed. This thing is very quiet compared to our previous coffee maker. I admit that I was a little frustrated in the beginning because I have touched the brew button and was wondering why nothing is happening. Fortunately, it started spewing some water into the filter in like 10-15 seconds which is really fast. Depending on the amount of cups you chose to brew, the coffee is ready in about 2 minutes to about 7 minutes at max of 14 cups. Similar to our previous coffee maker, we have to wait for it to finish brewing before we can start pouring coffee. I've heard that other coffee makers have a feature that allows you to take the pot as soon as you have enough for the first cup and it will pause the brewing until you bring the pot back. Oh, just in case you're impatient like me, you know its brewing when you see the brew icon lit up. It may be quiet but its already started heating the water. Now about the final product, the coffee itself. Does it taste different? Not much so. We don't really follow the scoop measurements suggested in the coffee - we adjust it to our preference. So we used the same measurement we have been using and barely notice anything different. Maybe just a tad cleaner and tastier bec its a new appliance :) Why only 4 stars? The product description mentions but is missing two features: Pause and Serve, and Removable Tank. And also being a 14-cup coffee maker, this can't make 14-cups in one go. Overall, this is a good product to upgrade to from our previous coffee maker. The keep warm feature itself has been worth it because we don't have to worry about our coffee being cold anymore by the time we get to it if we schedule it the night before. Still, there are a few features that are common amongst its price range that this is missing so its going to have difficulty competing with them.

Great Coffee Maker for a Full Pot
Amazon Vine reviewer here, sharing my honest feedback. This coffee maker has a nice modern design and can make up to 12 cups, which is great for a family or when you have guests. I like that you can also choose smaller amounts, including 4, 6, 8, or 10 cups. The programmable timer is convenient for having coffee ready in the morning. It also keeps the coffee warm for up to two hours and includes a reusable filter.
