The media could not be loaded. Pros: The concentrator fits on magnetically to both the wand, and the blow dryer areas. The concentrator can turn freely so that you can get it directed it whatever direction you want to go. It comes with a Velcro type cord wrap. Comes with a soft lined fabric storage bag. The instructions are adequate enough to let you know which you need to do. The attachments are easy to put on, and remove, even if you have difficult difficulties with your hands. When, using the automatic curlers with the automatic mode on the wand, the temperature will automatically adjust. Low wind speed combined with low temperature, makes it easy to get the hair started on the automatic curler. Tapping the cool shot button moves it to high temperature and high speed to start the curling process. Cons: The oval brush bristles might get flattened if I stored in the included bag and put something heavy on it. It says it has the negative ions, but my hair still is frizzy. I ordered the purple one, but it looks more pink in my opinion. I do wish the other attachments matched the color of the styling wand and hairdryer attachment. My tips for using it: Start with some type of curl activating cream and put it through your hair. I take the section that I want to curl, I spray in a little bit of heat protectant spray, push the cool shot button and allow it to wrap the hair and bring it close to my head. It automatically heats for 12 seconds, and then it cools for six seconds on a high wind speed. Then it drops down to the low wind speed. I let my hair sit with that for a few more seconds, and then I pull the curler out. Still on low speed I get the next section of hair ready to go, then spritz it with protection spray, and redo the procedure. I found using a fine mist, water bottle, can be beneficial to getting my hair, the exact amount of slightly damp that I need. Getting my hair mostly dry, figuring out exactly what 80% is, it is difficult for me. However, with this particular unit, I found that I can just run it through a second automatic cycle, without removing the wand between cycles, and that helps. Following up the whole thing with hairspray, and not touching my head for a while, finalizes the curls. I do have a shark flex style and it does not work as well as this unit does. ... show more

    • Amazing for curls!
I've never tried the Dyson air wrap - always wanted to, but it's super pricey! So I was really excited to get the chance to try this similar hair styler. Right off the bat, I knew I was most interested in the curling attachments, and unsurprisingly those are the attachments that I love the most. It works SO well to curl the hair, almost like magic. It's really nice not having to hold the end of the hair while you curl, like you would with a regular wand, since this practically suctions your hair to the curler. I've done curls with this a few times now and it gives consistently good results, with my hairstyle lasting all day. I'm super super impressed. As a dryer, though, I won't be using this tool. It's just not as powerful as a standard blow dryer, and thus takes way longer to dry the hair. I've also tried the brush attachment, and it works well, but it just isn't the style I love for my hair personally. Overall, I recommend this if you're planning to use the curling attachments, but if you need the versatility and the blow drying is important to you, maybe try another brand. ... show more

I love this multipurpose hair styling system. Since I received it, I leave the handle end plugged in all the time and then just switch out the attachments depending on my needs--so many fewer trips to the hair appliance graveyard under the sink! Everything works very well and, for someone who has struggled her entire life with managing a brush in one hand and a hair dryer in the other, it's really a game changer. I had never used an auto curler before and found the video in the product listing very helpful in that regard. On my long, fine hair, it results in the perfect amount of barely-there curl (you know, when you want to have some wave and texture without looking like you curled your hair). Obviously, this price point is higher than the types of hair tools that you'll find at your local drugstore, but it's also much lower than some of the competition. This is a very sleek and stylish set! The matte but shimmery finish is so cute! Came with a nozzle, a diffuser for curls, and two "curling" attachments (one for left curls, one for right). You could not use an attachment as well. Warm, cool, typical settings. The nozzle works good to concentrate heat in an area (for bangs, for example). I've not used the diffuser, but I did use the curling rods. It didn't curl my hair, but it kind of flipped it out which gave me some great volume! It was really neat how the air just sucks your hair around it. I also REALLY love how easy it was to change attachments! I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and my hands are HORRIBLY weak. It's really difficult for me to grip things, let alone pry them. This was SO EASY to change and I can't express how important it was that I could change things with no help. ... show more

I love this! The curlers are the best part. It is sooo nice to be able to dry and curl my hair at the same time. They also work quickly, much better than my normal hair dryer. I like how low the noise is, and how you can use cold air. It's simple to put together and very well made. I am honestly in love with this machine and am so happy I got it.
