Great air fryer. Wish it was a little taller as some foods gets crispy on top while still not fully cooked because of how close it is to heating mechanism. I have the same issue multiple times in which the air fryer would not turn on. The power button would be illuminated but unable to power on the unit when tapping it. Would have to unplug for several mins in hopes of being able to turn it on. Quite annoying when in the middle of cooking a meal. The little pictures on the circular area are printed very poorly and half of them are missing the numbers or pictures. ... show more

This is the third air fryer I have owned. After a month or so I have found that they are not easy to clean and I would need to buy a replacement part if it was available. I am on week 3 and I use it almost everyday and I am so IMPRESSED with how easy it is to clean. The second reason I love this fryer is the clear glass viewing design to see how the food is progressing without having to lift the lid and interrupt the cooking process.     • Works well but has a few design flaws, but $40.00 less than Ninja is a plus.
I've used it a few times and it works well (country potatoes and onion, chicken wings, reheating food). I really like being able to view the food as it cooks. I also like the larger basket so I can cook a single meal all together at the same time and only have one basket/plate to wash. So for one person it is a plus. A few design flaws otherwise I would have given it a 4 or 5. 1) the instruction booklet is ridiculous; and no recipe book with it either. So if you don't like playing around with it to figure out what works best then just use the presets or maybe try a different fryer. 2) As others have said, the silicone feet on the roast "basket" plate come off very easily and can quickly get lost. 3) the roasting plate has two large holes (probably for gripping), which allow small pieces of food to drop down underneath the plate. 4) If you turn over the basket the plate drops out, it should fit better and stay in place. 4) I'd like to find out if we can get replacement feet and/or replacement food basket, food plate. I imagine using and washing twice a day could eventually wear out or scratch the surface. 6) the drumstick preset shows only 3 minutes at 395 - I don't think 3 minutes is long enough - could that be a mistake? Overall though, I do like the device, especially for one pot meals and will continue using/experimenting with it. But it definitely could have been designed better. ... show more
