This compressor has been very disappointing. The air flow is inconsistent, making it difficult to operate for even basic tasks. It stops and starts unpredictably, which slows down work and creates frustration. Overall, it’s not reliable and I wouldn’t recommend it.

    • Decent Little Air Compressor
In general, this air compressor is decent enough. It works like it should, but is rather loud and takes an eternity to fill. Using this compressor to fill tires in the garage, blowing the floor, and small air tools for short sprints is about all I can really use this compressor to do. It isn't expensive, so I wasn't expecting a powerhouse or work horse. It does not appear to outperform the 0.6 cfm advertised rating. It does a great job of regulating its pressure. There's a roughly 20 psi range within which it won't auto-start. That works pretty well for me. This pump is quite loud and not the most pleasant tone. Measuring from 12 inches, the front was ~93 dB, both sides were ~94 dB, and in the back it was measuring ~99 dB. It is a bit much, but not the worst small compressor. I have measured some of the portable versions above 100 dB. Yes, there are worse, but that doesn't quite make this compressor comfortable to have running next to you. By the way, the advertised sound level is 78 dB. It does not say what distance that reading was taken from. One other thing that bugs me a bit is that the ad has literally 3 different max psi statements. The title says 125 psi max, the 2nd picture advertises 90 psi max, the 3rd picture says 110 psi max, and the written descriptions echo both the 125 psi and 110 psi claims. If you are a super light user, this compressor could work for you. For me, the lack of consistency in the rating of this tool is a concern, while the sound volume isn't quite worth dealing with if I consider the actual performance. ... show more
