WOW. This puppy is amazing !!! Ordered it 2 days ago and it arrived today (3 days earlier than it said it would come ( Amazon is so awesome!!!! Within 60 minutes it was fully charged. Super easy to set up with the app and in the pool she went.. very easy to program . We had a little yellow algae at the bottom of the pool and hand vacuuming just stirred it around and was very stubborn. The S3 got all of it up and a basket of other very fine debris within 60 minutes on its first use .it was kinda fun watching it do its thing, climbing the sides and scrubbing its way around. The battery dropped by 25% in 60 minutes. The Filter is very easy to clean. Best investment I made buying this. Thank you Aiper, you guys ROCK !!!

This is my first robotic pool cleaner, but I’m definitely not new to robots. We’ve had robot vacuums and mops in the house for years, and I’m pretty tech savvy. That said, we are still new pool owners, and after manually cleaning the pool last season, I could not have been more excited to add this little robot companion to the pool equipment shed. Vacuuming a pool by hand is not fun. Wandering around in the sun with a pole vacuum feels like one of those chores that steals your afternoon. This thing does a much better job with a lot less effort from me. What I really like is how self-contained and easy it is to use. The basket is simple to remove, empty, and hose out. It comes with the standard mesh filter plus an additional finer filter that helps capture the really small particulate matter, like pollen or fine sand. Operation is also very straightforward. There is one button, and you can cycle through the different cleaning modes or just put it in auto mode and let it do its thing. I’ve run it about a dozen times now, and it has been flawless. It cleans almost all of our pool, probably leaving only about 5 to 10% that needs a little help. It cannot really get the top step of our pool, which is only partially covered by water, and it has some trouble fully cleaning the bench area on one side. But that is not a huge deal. I just brush the dirt off those surfaces down to the floor before I run it, and then the robot takes care of the rest. It climbs the walls, scrubs the waterline, and sticks to the pool like a little lizard. Battery life has also been strong. I seem to get somewhere around 3 to 5 hours of cleaning without any issue. The only real knocks are the app and the connectivity. The app is fine and gets the job done, but it is not amazing. I would like the ability to power it down from the app. I haven't figured that one out yet. Also, the wireless/Bluetooth connection does not work when the unit is underwater, which is a little disappointing. I have a wireless access point right outside the pool, so I was hoping it would stay connected better. I also have not really seen the feature where it comes up to the waterline when it is almost out of battery, although that might just be a timing thing on my end. Usually I just need to pluck it out with the included hook, which I now have permanently attached to our vacuum pole. Overall, I’m delighted with this cleaner. Our pool has been sparkling clean, and I don’t have to do much beyond pulling it out with the pole and hosing it down. I’m hoping it holds up well over time, especially with the battery, but based on my experience so far, I definitely recommend it. Even if this is your first pool robot, this feels like the way to go. If you're on the fence, get one of these. It got all of the dirt and debris out of our newly opened pool in a matter of 6 runs across 4 days. It's now crystal clear. Short of paying a pool service, this is as good as it gets.

Does a good job. Very heavy for me. I’m a senior and 24lbs is heavy. First time I used it it picked up large chunks of algae I didn’t even know was in there. Next day after cleaning the filter it picked up sand and small particles and some centipedes and earthworms. Where it’s finding these thing I have no idea but I’m amazed. Tommow I’ll see what it found tonight. The only issue is the weight. Otherwise I’m happy with this robot.

Wow! Now this is a pool cleaner. I'm so happy I decided to replace my old cleaner with this Aiper, it has been a night and day difference. My pool has never looked so good, this thing can really clean. It was super easy to get started, there was no assembly required, just make sure it's fully charged and toss it in the pool. It is pretty heavy and bulky though, so you may need some help getting it out. It cleans every inch of my in ground pool from top to bottom, the walls and even the waterline. It picks up all the dirt, algae, leaves and sticks with no problem, its powerful and has strong suction. I set it up with the app so I can navigate where it cleans and it follows it exactly every time. Its very reliable and makes my pool sparkle when it's done. It has not only saved me so much time and energy, but money too. Its a well built machine, durable and solid. Once the pool is clean, it parks itself so it can be pulled out, we use a hook, and then you just wash out the filter with a hose. Dry it, put it back on the charger, and use it again when needed. It charges pretty fast, about 2 to 3 hours, but stays charged for about 4 hours for cleaning. I'm very happy with this pool vacuum, its definitely an upgrade and I can see it lasting us a long time. We've been using it a lot since it's the Summer and the kids are swimming almost everyday, and it's still holding up very well. If I ever need another pool cleaner, Aiper is the brand I will buy from again.

The Aiper Scuba S3 is a really capable and nice pool cleaner. Now that I have finally gotta a chance to use it I can tell you what I really do like about it. It cleans well. Being able to connect it to the app is a nice addition over the Seagull I have. It also works with the hydrocomm so I can tell it to stop working or call it to the side of the pool if i need to. Its lighter that I expected too. Obviously its still heavy when its full of water, but once it drains its surprisingly light. It seems to do better with the wrinkle in my pool over the older model too. Plus this one cleans for nearly 4 hours before it needs to be recharged which means it can do the floors and waterline of my pool on one charge. I do like having the option to schedule cleaning through the app as well, but I really don't typically use that feature. Overall it does a great job cleaning and the new features are a big bonus. If there was one thing I would improve about this pool cleaner is the debris basket. It is large and well shaped, but I have really gotten spoiled with my Scuba X1 Pro Max and its bottom opening flap. It makes cleaning the basket so much easier. But honestly, that is the only thing I would change about this cleaner. It does a great job and is certainly a good choice for anyone looking for a pool cleaner.

I absolutely love summer and love pool season, however I do not particularly love the constant cleaning of our pool. A clean and clear pool is a must but can be very time consuming especially when cleaning with just a hand vacuum and a pool net. With this robotic pool vacuum and scanner, the work is nearly all done for me. I can sit poolside, relax in my chair, with a cold drink while those two gets ALL the mess - the dirt, sand, leaves, debris, insects and whatever else might be blown into the pool. It does a spectacular job. The vacuum does not just get the bottom of our pool clean, it will literally climb the walls of the pool to clean as well. I like that it goes up the wall and just beyond the water line. I used to take a rag and wipe down this area to get rid of scum that has built up and left marks or stains behind, but this takes care of that issue as well.I can get more relaxation soaking up the rays and less time skimming, sweeping AND scrubbing with this vacuum hard at work. The vacuum has a very strong suction which allows it to get the smallest of particles, it picks up everything that settles on the bottom of the pool and as mentioned the grime that might be accumulating on the walls of the pool. The brushes help with that task very well. My mother in law has a pool vacuum and I have seen her struggle with it because of all the cords and all the extra tubes. The cords would always get tangled up and the vacuum was just more of a nuisance than a help to her. I love that this vacuum doesn't get tangled up like that. There is no fuss with this one at all. I simply place the vacuum in the water and it knows exactly what to do, it will go straight to work. Additionally, my mother in law would have to pull the cord attached to her vacuum to get it back to the stairs of the pool so that she could put it back on charge. There is no chasing this pool vacuum down, another helpful feature. The great thing is you will never have it stop in the middle of the pool or in the deep end which can be an annoyance on days when you aren’t planning on actually getting in the pool and getting wet. When it has completed its cleaning job it will return to the closest wall so I can easily lift it out. It does have some weight to it, it is hefty and definitely durable, it is very well made, but even with the weight of the cleaner I can easily lift it out of the pool by the handle. I by no means consider myself strong, but I do not have any issues carrying this from our patio to the poolside and vice versa. The great thing is it is built to stay out so if I choose to just leave it in the pool I can. As far as carrying it I would compare it to me carrying a bag of dog food, so not a very difficult task. It vacuums thoroughly and can do so in our large (20,000 gallon) inground pool in well under two hours. Also when vacuuming with our regular handheld vacuum it has many steps, very time consuming and also it wastes alot of water as after we are done vacuuming we have to back wash. So then we also have to add more water to the pool. I like that we do not have to do any sort of backwashing or extra steps. We are saving ourselves not only time but ultimately money as we are not constantly refilling the pool. That water bill can get pretty hefty over the summer. One of my favorite features is that I can quickly and easily operate it with my phone. I love this advanced technological approach. The app is super simple to navigate and makes controlling from afar doable. I like being able to schedule cleanings for certain times out of the day. This is especially a nice feature for when we are out of town. The vacuum does not have to be tended to and can be simply left in the pool while we are gone for a few days. It does not have a messy bag to deal with either which I love. Once the vacuum bin is filled I just empty the filter compartments and it is ready for next use! It is so quick and easy. I don’t have to empty the filter compartment often at all either because it is quite large. Besides keeping up with the chemicals of the pool, this pool vac really does make keeping a clear and clean pool a cinch. It certainly has made our pool time much more enjoyable. While it takes care of large debris like leaves it knows the difference between large debris and my kids' toys that might be left behind. It will avoid such items and go around them. We can even swim while it’s at work, it will sense us and go right around us. It comes with a thorough instruction manual although it really is quite self explanatory in use. If you have never had a robot pool vacuum before though, the set up/start up procedure of the manual can be helpful. There is also a section for maintenance and trouble shooting that is handy. Thankfully, thus far we have not had any issues, but I like that if needed we have information to count on. The skimmer does all of the above except on the surface of the water and does so with ease.I can’t brag enough on Steve (yes we named our robot cleaner). If you want more time actually enjoying your pool this year than cleaning it, then this is a must! I strongly recommend it, it has been a great addition.

The suction handles typical debris, sand, and leaves easily, and the horizontal waterline scrubbing keeps the tile line visibly cleaner than standard wall-climbing models manage. Navigating around obstacles and sloped areas hasn't caused any hang-ups, and the app configuration is straightforward for setting schedules or switching cleaning modes. When the battery finishes its run, the waterline parking feature works consistently, making it simple to pull the unit out with the hook. Cleaning the top-loading filter basket takes just a quick rinse with the hose, making the routine maintenance highly manageable.
