Very solid bike for the money. The other electric bike I have goes faster - but went up by $500.00. I could only get this bike to go about 23mph top speed consistently - but I am 6'0 and 210 pounds. The cruise control on it is a game changer. I tweaked my right thumb a couple of weeks ago - so it was difficult for me to hold the throttle. As soon as I turned on the cruise control all was good. My range on this bike is only about 30 miles - but I'm a bigger person and we are usually on dirt roads and wide-open throttle. Really enjoying the bike - already getting compliments on it and I've only had it a couple of days!

Love my e-bike! We thought because of the price this would be a great starter bike for our e-biking adventures. Turns out it is just a great bike and a great value. Very easy to assemble and so far we have ridden as far as 40 miles and this bike had plenty of battery life. That is dependent on your weight. My husband’s e-bike ran out of battery. Heavier folks I suggest a back up battery.

shipping is fantastic, i received the bike much faster than anticipated. also assembly is quite easy, as the bike is mostly assembled upon arrival. it has been raining since i received the bike so i did not ride it yet. i only performed small tests in my apartment but the quality seems good and the bike feels sturdy. i will update after a week of riding, to discuss battery life, comfort, and overall feel, but so far so good. update: been riding for about a week and got hit. so be safe. the bike is pretty sturdy, the driver wasn't going fast though. she was pulling out of a parking lot, i thought it was safe to go because she was looking at traffic and there was a line of cars, low and behold she decided to accelerate anyway, without even looking in front of her until she already hit me. Im hurt, nothing broken, only intense bruises and a pretty bad hand sprain but the bike is fine. i mainly use the bike to commute. economy mode, assist levels 1 and 2, are best for preserving battery life. i was able to get up 24 mph going downhill on sport mode. the bike is really fun

This bike is very tall! My husband is 5’8” and had difficulty getting on and off this bike. Wanted to send it back (because seller states this bike is ok for anyone over 5’7”) but shipping cost is $500. 3rd party seller will not prepay shipping! Otherwise, this bike is a good, sturdy bike for anyone that is tall enough to ride it. It rides well. I have the M1 version and have enjoyed riding it.

got this bike in june 2024 and today it stop working oct 30 2024 we contacted them they said they would send a part~ this bike was for my son and was important tool for him to have as he was a college student. (UPDATE) nov 30th 2024 the part didnt work ...the power port for the battery is what is needed and we been waiting 2 weeks for the correct part ..meanwhile he has had to pay for taxi for a month and its been costly and BIG inconvenience as the bike has been unusable for a month now. UPDATE Dec 19 2024 finally got the part needed and bike now working ....son happy to have his bike back. ~ty for sending part

Love the bike although I should have got something a little smaller, this is a tank and a challenge to get on and off of. Fantastic Bike once your moving. In the future though I think I'll deal straight from the manufacturer of my next bike. The third party Amazon deals with for this one is very sketchy and borders on being a dishonest scammer. Took two complaints and opening returns before they would honor their promises.
