Bought Christmas time for our land development of 18 acres and use daily. My wife liked the "Boy Bike" for the lavender color but my dark green is my favorite because of the step through design. I added a rear basket to haul around tools. We bought them for family to tour the desert around our property in Sonoran Desert but we use them much more thn we thought we would and the quality and function are best features. We need the big tires for the terrain. Buuut, they are heavy and have a high center of gravity that you will have to get use to for soft surface cornering. Haven't turned up the speed to max setting... fast Enough. ... show more

**update** customer service has been great to deal with so far. They have agreed to send a replacement front wheel due to the original one having issues. I have changed my review and will edit it further once the replacement arrives. Got the bikes. Took em for a ride and they were awesome. Only complaint so far is the m2 bike came with a fouled up front hub. Acts as if the bearing is bad. When I put the bike together the front hub was super sticky. With some work was able to get it freed up but it’s still not right. Reached out to customer support and they want me to video the problem and do a bunch of “proving” the hub is the way I am describing. I guess when you spend 1800 on a bike you just gotta deal with crappy product quality. Other than that I’m really enjoying these bikes. ... show more

Absolutely love these bikes they are a very tough bike and have awesome shocks and were not so bad to put together especially when you have 2 to do it was way easier after the first one. They are a bit heavy at 90lbs but as long as you dont have to pick it up and just ride it you should be good. They have a nice strong kick stand. We put a old milk crate on the back of ours and it awesome storage for anything you need for a long bike ride. The seat is ok but if your a bit older and need more comfort you might want to eventually upgrade. The breaks do make some noise from time to time but alot of it is because of being new and needing to be broken In. They come with a one year warranty you can fill out and submit online or you purchase more of a warranty for them. They do not come with a cup holder or phone holder. ... show more
