After extensive resarch we decide to buy the M1 & M2 combo. The bikes arrived a day of each other within the time frame of delivery. Well packaged and easy to assemble. After assembly and charging the battery, the first trial run was awesome!! These bikes are pretty stout and comfortable since I weigh 240lbs. I bought the M1 and M2 bikes for my wife and I. I assembled them, which was easy enough. They have very good power. The pedal assist is great. I like the hand throttle a lot. One issue we have had is that both my wife's left pedal can off while riding. I had them tightened good. The threads on my pedal bar were stripped so I couldn't get my pedal to go in straight. I called up support and after sending them pictures and a description of the issue, they are sending me a new pedal bar and two new pedals. I am very happy with this and their support.
