Was very good communication about our order being on back order as could be expected when ordering at Christmas time. They gave us options for our order to change our wait for them. We chose to wait for original order and they came within a reasonable time frame. When they shipped tracking # looked like only one was shipped but both were shipped together and they were very well packaged for shipping. Assembly was fairly easy took a little bit of time but if you have a little bit of patience you can do it. We have about 30 miles on them so far and still learning how to do some adjustments to fit our riding. Can change how fast the electric motor kicks in and how many rotations of peddle for the assist to come on. Valve to quality seams good for the amount of riding we do, we were able to get Two bikes for the price of one that we looked at in the bike shop in town. Is it as good as the one twice the price maybe not, but a very good bike for the price point that we spent. ... show more

Relatively easy assembly. Battery lasts a long time on pedal assist. Drains quickly when using battery only. The biggest negative is the weight. Bike weighs nearly 90 pounds.

Overall the bikes feel sturdy. However the advertisement clearly says 36 mph they only go 21.1 mph. It also says they could go 80 mi with pedal assist, we went 20 miles with about 10 of them pedal assisted and the battery was done. Also the book says there's a weight limit of 186 lb which seems low since the bike itself weighs 88lbs. They were relatively simple to put together my husband was able to do it. The reason I'm giving it three stars is because the speed and the battery life don't seem to be accurate. ... show more

As a fat 50 year old, I recommend the bikes for pavement. I tried off road with the bike and struggled. It could be because of my weight, but it was a really rough feeling.

Test rides on both bikes blew me away. Shippers scratched a small area and arrived without wheel reflectors. In two emails one on my part not putting required order info, they are correcting by shipping spoke reflectors and to make up for smal scratched area by shipper a rear cargo bag and helmet.
