The bike is heavy. Once you unlock the speed restriction you can go at least 35 mph. Easy to assemble. Make sure you tighten everything down and recheck later. Delivered about a week ahead of time. My boney butt needs a different seat, but no complaints. I bought the front and rear rack and can go anywhere! I've had it to 39 on a slight decline. I really needed the step through frame because my right hip won't let me lift my leg over the seat. It probably won't be good for tight trails because of the weight but I have taken it off road and it does good. I’m giving 5 stars on the this bike, only! Here’s why: It arrived 3 days early! (Shocking) Unpacked and placed a complete dead battery on charge while I assembled the bike. (Normal) Took my M2 bike battery and test run the bike (super shocked) it ran without any issues! My M2, which is brand new, delivered 6 June, has yet to run! Week after week of B.S. from some young guy thousands of miles away, still waiting on parts! So, one P.O.S. a one Aipas that works! It’s a 50/50 chance for a good bike! But be warned! Service and support SUCKS! And you better be able to troubleshoot the electrical issues and fix them yourself! No service in the entire Northern Hemisphere! ... show more

We watched a YouTube video that explained the entire process. My wife and I assembled both bikes in less than 2 hours and the miracle was that we didn’t fight while doing it!!!     • Poor quality, rear brake barely works, front suspension binds and leaks

BUYER BEWARE!! This bike is a very poor quality bicycle.. The front forks are leaking oil after one ride and from the get-go they were completely defective, They bind under compression and do not work properly. There is no shock absorption whatsoever. And the rear brake which is a cable actuated disc brake just like the front brake does not work very well at all. You have to squeeze for your dear life on the lever to get it to even slow down.... Trying to work with the company for a solution but they just want to send me more junk parts that I have to install my myself so I'm just going to send it back for a full refund most likely... The defective rear brake caused my wife to crash and get injured... Complete waste of money.... Buy something else don't buy this China made junk.. update, company never provided return shipping label, now I'm stuck with this POS... ... show more
