Sent back first one, as defective. Ordered the same one as I like the color and shape, and this one works. The hot water sprays outside of the cup area, but I can live with that. It makes a good cuppa coffee and it was cheap and that’s all I really care about.

Update: August 6, 2024. the coffee maker stopped working a couple weeks ago. I cleaned it out as well as I could. It's overheating so bad that the water is boiling and the middle of the base is super hot to the touch - but the water is not passing through to make coffee. I wonder if others have had this problem. This cute little coffee maker may not be the sturdiest thing or last for years, but that's fine. It's inexpensive enough I can buy another one if it breaks too soon. The price was right. The color is cute. Most of all it makes a great cup of coffee and it's small enough to fit my space! It could be improved by offering a tall cup with it. (I did find one at a dollar store that works).

I bought this for my neighbor teacher. When it works it is fantastic! Then, sometimes - it doesn't and it is at least entertaining waiting to see what will happen. Sometimes you pore the water in and it immediately drips out. Sometimes, it cycles all the way through and you're left with a cup of cold water. Sometimes, it pretends to make coffee- does all of the noises, finishes, and your cup is empty. Then, you naturally try to dump the water from the coffee maker into the sink - but it's gone! The next morning you come in, don't touch it, and now hot water is coming out of it - that water that disappeared.

I bought this for my 95 year old Mom 7 months ago because it it so simple and easy to use. She couldn’t master it, however so it just sat at her assisted living home. I brought it home two weeks ago and started using it. Loved it for almost two weeks. Now it’s broke and past the return date. Update 5/23/24 Aiosa contacted me via a joint email with Amazon, apologized for my inconvenience and offered to replace the coffeemaker. All they needed was my physical address so they would know where to send it. In that same email Amazon warned me not to give Aiosa my address. I endured several different chat conversations with Amazon’s frustrating chat service and four unsatisfactory phone conversations with Amazon attempting to resolve the conundrum. I finally gave out my address anyway, I received the replacement yesterday and it works great. Thanks, Aiosa for making good on the purchase even after Amazon refused to help.
