I ordered 4 shades. I supplied all the necessary measurements. Which were so easy to put in the order. Within a few hours I was contacted by customer service. The sent one shade to make sure that the quality and measurements were what I was expecting in quality and size. They gave me an estimated date and it arrived sooner. Once I gave them the go ahead they filled the rest of my order. And they came sooner than expected. The shades were so easy to put up and the fit was perfect. The quality is excellent. I will definitely be making another order for the other windows in my house. The price, quality and customer service is second to none and I highly recommend this company. I wanted a window covering that I could keep open most of the time as being only opened to the backyard. I still wanted to look pretty and match the bathroom and I did not want curtains. I found this product on Amazon, ordering was easy and once my order was placed, they confirmed my measurements before making the product. They also made follow up checks to make sure they were making this Roman shade to fit my window perfectly. This surprised me because most people would’ve just started the order and not cared if this actually fit. I feel like the turnaround from ordering to receiving was quick, especially for them to make it to my specific measurements. It looks good and does exactly what I wanted it to do. Also their communication throughout the process was fantastic.
