I bought this controller on February and on july one of the back paddle was soft and broke from normal used of it , Order some new Aim controller ps5 pr paddles and they don't fit so i think this is a Fake aim controller No im stuck with no warranty on this

I just purchased my controller around mid september, controller works great, but my mic will no longer work in the 3.5 mm jack, i get audio through my headset(tried more than one to make sure it was not the headset),also checked every setting(very familar with playstation) anyone know any fixes or how i could get a repair/refund? ... show more

    • Waste of money!
Battery doesn't hold much of a charge and charging takes hours! I'm better off with my regular controllers. Also the booklet that came with the controller was in Spanish and French, I speak neither!

This is their standard controller that is on their website for $130 that they are claiming is a PRO controller on here. You won’t get digital triggers or any of the additional features.

Edit to add: I wouldn’t even give this purchase a 1-Star review, but it makes me. I’ve contacted the company requesting a refund bc we are very unsatisfied with the quality of this product….all they want to do is talk repair. I don’t have time to wait on a repair when we’ve already replaced the controller. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! FIND A COMPANY THAT WILL HONOR THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!! Product looks great and works fine for about a day....or a week, if you’re lucky. Then it just all of a sudden will not flash blue to connect. My son says he can be in the middle of a game and his controller will randomly stop working. Apparently this is a known issue.
