Purchased in July 2021, runs great, grand daughter age 4 loves the car and the all the tricks. This year, June 2022, the black controller was chewed up by the new puppies. The knobs you turn or push are gone. I emailed NQD about purchasing a replacement controller. The informed me the controller is out of stock and has a long lead time for production. I bought this to help exercise two large dogs. Unfortunately it is way too slow. they catch it in 10 seconds. Good news is that it’s very durable. The battery doesn’t last long and has to be removed to charge. It’s very cumbersome to get the battery in or out (requires a screwdriver) The battery charger is also very weird.
