I've had Amazon Prime for thirty-years and this is my first review. I have been using Ailaka compressed stockings for years, the best and, in Tina Turner's words, "Simply the best, and better than the rest." Because I have Diabetes and Edema, swollen ankles, I faithfully buy new Ailaka insoles every six months. Then, I bought Ailaka's height increase insoles. "Wow!" I'm so tall. I can nearly touch heaven (lol). I love, love, love these insoles. I wear them in my Ugg slippers and they fit perfectly. Granted because my Uggs are made in China, I buy size 13 to fit my American sized 11 feet. The Alaika insoles fit my Uggs as if they came with them. I'm so pleased. Good for comfort and one extra inch almost like warring boots in regular shoes. If you want extra height it's best with airforce ones and boots.

You need a shoe size one size large larger to use these

They have such a high sole it raises your foot either in shoes sneaker boot whatever you’re wearing where it’s narrower so it’s make your shoe very uncomfortable. You would need at least a half size or one size larger to use these soles since it raises your foot and the higher foot goes the narrow your shoe gets, and this was not specified in the ad so I can’t use them

Best I’ve found so far

I use them everyday and I walk between 13k-17k steps every work day, the are comfortable and they are sturdy and don’t slide around, they add a noticeable difference in height, and I’ve had them for 7-8 months and they’re still just fine so pretty good quality for the price, I’m 6’4” 225lbs Also you’ll have to cut them with scissors to fit your shoe perfectly, go by small increments and put them in and take them out as many times as needed to get the right fit cuz you can take material off but you can’t put it back on so don’t ruin your insole by cutting to much off the bat

I don't know why there are any bad reviews, these things fit true to the size they are advertised for, they add at least an inch and a half of height and they are relatively comfortable. I wouldn't buy them for comfort specifically and they can't be used with regular sneakers that don't come above the ankle but for boots or high top sneakers they are perfect for adding just a little extra height.
