These have been a godsend for my physical therapy. 4 days a week for 5 months now & they seem to be holding up well. The clips leave something to be desired though, as it's a pain to switch between single & two arm exercises.

I purchased and started using these in October of 2024. I am perfectly happy with the quality and durability of the complete set. You can change the resistance by adding or removing the number of bands. The weight or what is actually the resistance setting is clearly stamped on each band and should not be compared to the weight or resistance of free weights or machines as all three will differ from each other. The stretching of the bands are smooth and easier on your joints. The secret to a good workout with bands is to use a smooth, slower and not jerky technique. Keeping tension on the bands through out the movement. I just ordered another set to increase the variety of exercises I can do. The set comes with instructions for some exercises but with bands you can get creative. Another plus is that you can take them just about anywhere for a workout.

I only use the purple but its cheaper to buy the set than the single band. We will see how this holds but but it looks durable with heavy metal connectors allowing it to swivel freely without friction on the band
