Well, had to replace my wireless doorbell button, as somehow, ours got ripped off! Yep, some guy just decided to take our wireless doorbell button! It was from a kit very similar to this one! We actually got him on camera, but what you gonna do? That one was basically just glued in, with a bit of tape around, and it'd lasted years. Then one day, it's just... gone. What would one do with one such button, one wonders? Anyway, got the new one installed. Two screws to fix the base plate, then verified the new button works (must remove battery insulator) then slide it onto the baseplate. Then added another screw on top to hold it in place. This kit actually came with two buttons, (ordered it that way) so if the button goes missing again, we have another one that works! Don't really need the 50+ different chime patterns, and it's loud enough (I can hear it upstairs, I swear). All in all, it works, and range is quite good, not that I needed the range. ... show more

Purchased for my elderly parents that moved in. I have the base in my bedroom and they have the buttons in their rooms. This allowed them to call for me when they needed help. Buttons have sticky on the back that adheres well to any surface. The only downside is if you unplug the base unit you have to reset the volume because it goes back to low. ... show more

What a great product. Works just as described. Great selection of ring tones so we can differentiate the front door ring from the back door. The adhesive strip that cam with the set is OK but I ended up using the screws they sent me and it is now very secure. Well worth the money.

This need to be in neon lights. So many tones, but you can only choose one for the entire life of the bell. Plus it's not really clear exactly when that choice happens. Otherwise, great system and it operates as advertised throughout a large house.
