Assembly went fairly well, think a minor step above Ikea instructions. Some small dents and scratches from shipping but nothing that really shows. Feels sturdy and and quality. The cover doesn't hang down nearly as much as their picture shows but still does the job.

    • Imagine a puzzle with one wrong piece
I was expecting the assembly to be time consuming. It was. I was not expecting to make it to the last steps only to have a misshapen part. The whole thing is put together but missing the bottom half of its legs due to this dysfunctional part. Seems easy enough to fix, right? Contact the seller and ask for a new part. Two days later I’m still waiting for them to tell me they will send the part, although they have requested and received photos, details of the original purchase, and details of the part. Other than the fact that only those under four feet tall can use it as it stands, it seems like a lovely pergola. ... show more

Pergola was missing parts. Emailed company at email address on front cover of instruction packet twice and never got a reply. Figured out a work-around on my own but it will not be as good as the part that should have come with pergola (part 15) Very unhappy with the company. Pergola itself is great( as far as I can tell as I haven’t been able to finish assembling it and actually putting it to use) quality/ design of pergola seems very good ) if not the quality control) ... show more
