Bought these for a lightweight pair of binoculars,, I just wanted something that didn't add much weight and didn't take up much room in my pack. These are actually better than I was expecting, I don't like a big pair of binoculars hanging around my neck when I'm hiking, but keeping them in my backpack means I miss a lot of wildlife, by the time I open my backpack and get them out, these will actually fit in a pocket so I have quick access when I need them , these are by no means the best binoculars on the market, but for the price I think they are great. I just moved recently and I have a beautiful view of the marina and beach/ocean and I've been wanting some binoculars so I can watch the ships, boats and people doing water sports. If you have low vision and want to watch your grandchildren play soccer this may be exactly what you need. It provides a wide field of view so you can follow the gate and identify players. This is because they are fairly low power and the field is wider. For me they work very well. BUT if you need binoculars to go to Africa and see elephants up close these are NOT what you need.     • Weird smell and NOT night vision
These work alright overall, but my biggest complaints are the non existent night vision and the smell. It smells really chemically, I tried to get the smell of by cleaning it, but still stinks

This binoculars cannot maintain focus, and the camera accessories are not universal either. I would rather buy a more expensive one!
