We purchased two of these beds, and while it does take some time to assemble (1 hr each, for us) the actual assembly is very intuitive. The hardware is individually wrapped and labeled, and the diagram was clearly marked for which pieces were needed. Some bolts didn't seem to line up, but then I recalled that you can't tighten everything one at a time, so I loosened bolts until everything was inserted and then tightened and it was a perfect fit. The beds have been in use for a few weeks now and they are still holding up really well - I always worry the bolts will come undone on these assembly furniture items because I am not super strong and fear my tightening isn't enough. So far, so good- no wobbling or creaking. We did not use a box spring with the beds, so we do need to have a comforter that drapes over and doesn't tuck under the mattress in order to keep the little glimpses of wood slats from the bed frame hidden while the beds are made... and since these are teenager beds in our house, I can't say they are made very often, so a small edge of the wood slats are visible when you stand near the unmade beds. We have a 13" Sealy mattress on it, and it is a good height with the headboard of the bed; the proportions are really good on this bed to accommodate a taller or even a slightly smaller mattress height, although I think anything smaller than 10" would look best with a low profile box spring as well. We ordered the green velvet, and it is so fun, my teen girls think it's the best thing and can't wait to decorate their room around it.

The frame arrived with a light box tear but showed no product damage as it is packaged well in the box. The green is a nice rich deep forest green color. I had one issue with tightening a bolt inside the headboard but other than that…so easy to put together, took me less than 25 minutes. Directions are great and straight forward. Extra parts were provided but not needed. I got the full sized frame, it feels very sturdy but not sure it can handle two large folks. We got the 10 inch recommend mattress size which will fill the gap perfectly. Be sure you get the recommended mattress dimensions. The front feet are wood the back are fabric. Great purchase for the price!!!

I got this bed for my 4 year old’s room. It is a great bed, looks good, easy to put together. I did it myself in 2 hours. The only thing is the slabs came damaged where the screws were supposed to go. It still works because it didn’t affect the structure but that was the only negative. Would recommend if you need an affordable bed. It sure looks more than the price. My son loves it.

So far we are loving our new bed! I was worried it wouldn’t be here on time because I saw it didn’t ship until last minute but it still got here the day it said it would! Between me and my husband the instructions were pretty easy to follow, all the pieces needed were present and we got it done quickly! It’s absolutely beautiful and I would definitely recommend this bed! It seems like it will hold up for a good while! We decided to get new bedding and pillows also to go with it 😊

I ordered the ink green, but I received the black (which is more dark grey than black for those interested). Several of the screws came with manufacturing defects, such as missing holes on two screws where you're supposed to insert the wrench, and another screw came with half of the screw side sheared off, so it wouldn't hold. I had to strategically use my screws to make sure that it was sturdy enough. The wood of the slats is also very fragile, and they were chipping as I was removing them from the box. The metal frame is incredibly thin and I do fear overall structural stability for the long haul. Overall disappointed. I had my eyes on the green one for months, and to finally be able to afford it then receive the wrong one is a large let down. Especially as I live in a 3rd story apartment and returning it would be a massive pain. Guess I'll make due for now, but I will not be surprised if I am having to replace this within a few months due to the lack of sturdiness. The seller should send additional parts just in case there are defects.

Purchased this twin bed for our 6yr olds new bedroom. She and I were able to put it together without Daddy’s help (!!). The color is beautiful, super soft. It’s just the cutest little bed. I will say, it sits lower than I expected, but that’s my fault as I didn’t read the description.
