I love this couch! Do I love everything about it, no. There are some drawbacks but the comfort, for me, far outweigh them. We purchased the navy, 7 piece and it filled our small living room! The fabric is soft but I do not overheat on it. I could sleep on this every night! It is more comfortable than my bed! The main drawbacks for us is that it is fairly low to the ground, so getting up can be a challenge, but I’m almost 52 and have managed just fine. My 19 and 21 yo girls love it too and we can all pile up and watch movies together! I also wish the footstools had some sort of handle. They are hard to grip and pull toward you. I would definitely purchase this again. I do need to mention that one section did not rebound like the other pieces. I reached out to customer service and they refunded the amount of that section and suggested we use a hair dryer to encourage it to rebound fully. It is better but still much lower than the other pieces but we’ve made it work.

I love the color,I bought the 2 seaters and it fits my three kids all together,it's sturdy, comfortable, nothing need to be install and it arrives in a heavy box.the material is good quality and the pillow cover is removable and easy to clean,I handwash them for the first time to avoid the color fade out. My kids love to stay at the sofa area,I'm happy with my purchase.

It’s a nice comfortable couch but it didn’t fully rise for 1 piece. If you have wood or tile floor it slips so the couch might be uneven. Also the smell was kinda strong on the couch as well but can be sprayed of course. Overall not bad, just wish I can get a new piece

This boneless coach is the best thing that happened to the living area. The coach is super comfortable, stylish, and easy to put together. The arms are extra wide so you can easily place a laptop, book, etc., and relax while you work. It also can be moved around and made into a bed for family movie night. It is lowish to the ground but not lower than I was expecting. It arrived in two boxes. Everything arrived as expected. Once I had it put together I didn’t sit on it for 72hrs. My dad who’s 5’6 visited me recently from the other country. He loves this coach to be his bed. It is able to get comfortable pretty easily. Overall, I am very happy with quality and look.

ABSOLUTELY HATE! It’s pretty, it’s soft, but pillows are super flat, it hasn’t fluffed out all the way and I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks now. On top of that, there were bed bugs!!! Needless to say, it isn’t in home and 2 other people I know who ordered this ended up with bed bugs from the couch too! Amazon customer service agreed to come pick it up it up and refund me, but the seller offered that I keep the couch and accept $50. What a joke!

After using it for a while, it’s lower to the ground than expected. The top cushions are soft, so when you sit you sink a little. The pieces all slide around everywhere too. So for the price I wouldn’t buy this couch again. We have it wedged with our wall and other couch so it moves less, and is comfy, just more trouble than it’s worth.
